Sell the sizzle! Nothing increases impulse sales more than a carving steamship round, roast turkey or ham right in the serving line. With the Set-N-Serve Carving Station, virtually any counter can be converted to a carving station. It’s fully assembled and pre-wired - just plug it in and turn it on. Even a gravy pan is provided.
The unit is fully insulated and provided with a factory applied gasket so that it can be installed in the finest wood fixtures, without marring the counter top. The WHGP-2 is furnished with a 3/4” dia. drain; each unit is furnished with au-jus gravy pan, perforated stainless steel top plate with meat prongs, and thermostat control.

SPECIFICATIONS:
TOP: Constructed of 18 gauge, type 304 stainless
steel, die stamped with a raised perimeter bead. There shall be a solid vinyl gasket under the beaded edge to form a seal to the counter top, thus prevent­ing seepage or marring of the counter top. Embossed mounting lugs are provided along the inner surface of the top to hold the removable adapter bars in place. A full set of adapter bars is provided. LINER: The inner liner shall be 18 gauge, type 304 stainless steel, one piece construction, all welded, ground and polished to a uniform finish. All corners are coved with a minimum 1/4" radius. A 3/4" dia. drain with strainer, 4" PVC nipple, and valve is provid­ed in WHGP-2 only. INSULATION: The pan is fully insulated with high density fiberglass insulation, 1" thick on all sides, 2" thick on the bottom, and enclosed by a 22 gauge galvanized steel outer liner. The entire unit is remov­able without the use of tools. PERFORATED ADAPTER: The liner is fitted with a perforated adapter plate with four-prong meat holder and ladle opening. is a sloped gravy pan to hold the meat juices for bast­ing or gravy. The adapter and pan are removable for cleaning. ELECTRICAL: All heating elements are pre-wired to a single thermostat control with a pilot light. The unit is supplied with a 6' long, 3-wire cord and plug on oper­ator’s left. Available for single phase only.
