For years the task of matching and converting Balanced and Unbalanced audio line
level signals have been solved by using products commonly referred to as “match
boxes”. The SES-OTLMAX now takes that technology to the next level with a
state-of-the-art product that easily accommodates line level unbalanced and
balanced signals which can be converted simultaneously to the alternate standard.

Equipped with XLR connectors for balanced audio and RCAs for unbalanced, the
addition of a 3.5mm media (iPod) compatible connector makes this product very
applicable to today’s production environment.

The SES-OTLMAX does not just stop at quality signal conversion, it also offers the
ability to monitor either direction of conversion with a high visibility LED 5-step
VU meter with a range of -10dD to +6dB. A selector switch allows you to switch
between monitoring the unbalanced out or the balanced out for both channels.

Powered by a provided AC to 12VDC adapter, this product is the perfect answer to
those situations where audio gear needs to be converted to be compatible across
the consumer and professional designs. It is also used to convert unbalanced audio,
which has a limit of 12-15 feet before hum can be picked up, to balanced which can
be fed hundreds of feet over balanced cable.

The SES-OTLMAX is easy to use. It is very clear when you look at the cover labeling
how the unit works. Level controls are provided for either direction.
The Balanced output has an additional feature of a Monitor unbalanced pair of RCAs
for use with a standard compatible amplifier.
