Standard Fountain Jars
Plastic fountain jars are constructed of high-impact
Polypropylene. Similar to the stainless steel jars above,
the plastic fountain jars are notched. They also have (3)
exclusive features: rear tabs with holes to allow Sanitary
Hinged Lid (82545) to attach to the jar, molded feet to
prevent tipping, and side slots for use with Hinged Lid
(80310).

HOLDCOLDTM Fountain Jars
HOLDCOLDTM jars are constructed of durable ABS
plastic and filled with a non-toxic refrigerant gel. Each
jar is notched to allow the lid to close over a ladle for
increased sanitation. They also have molded feet to
prevent tipping. Place jar in the freezer for eight hours
prior to use. HOLDCOLDTM Jars will maintin product
temperature for up to (12) hours, when placed in an
insulated unit and filled with refrigerated product.

Ladles
Both our long (10", 25.4 cm) (82561) and short
(7", 17.8 cm) (82562) ladles are constructed of
stainless steel. Each has a 1 ounce (30 mL) capacity.
Lids
Models 82559 and 82545 are constructed of
stainless steel with a polished finish. Our hinged lid,
80310 is constructed of impact and scratch-resistant
clear plastic. Stainless steel and plastic fountain jars
can use a Lift-Off Lid (82559). Plastic jars also accept
Hinged Lid 80310 or Sanitary Hinged Lid 82545.
HOLDCOLDTM deep jars can use Lift-Off Lid (82559).

Eutectic Ice Pack
Constructed of a high-density Polyethylene shell, the
Eutectic Ice Pack is for use in the insulated Serving Bar.
Tests show a temperature gain of just two degrees over
a (6) hour period. Use one ice pack per jar for more
efficient cooling than ice without the mess.
