Bolt-down instructions

To help provide maximum security, bolt down is strongly
recommended.

1. Select a suitable and convenient location for your safe. Set the safe in place
and use the holes provided in the bottom or back of the safe to mark the
location of the holes to be drilled in the floor or wall. It is not recommended
to attempt to bolt to both floor and wall. If bolting to a wall, please ensure
that the safe is resting on a supporting surface, i.e. floor, table or shelf.

2. Move the safe away and drill holes of the appropriate diameter and depth
for the type of hardware being used and the mounting surface (2 each –
bolts, washers and masonry anchors).

3. Place the safe back over the holes and install the fasteners as required.

For safes with key lock only

Your Sentry-Safe productis equipped with a high security, 8 lever key lock; two
(2) keys are provided.

For safes with electronic lock

Battery Installation

To power the lock, four alkaline AA batteries (not included)are required.

NOTE: Non-alkaline and rechargeable batteriesARE NOT RECOMMENDED.
To install batteries, remove cover between knob and keypad. (Fig. A) Unlock

door with the override key provided in the plastic bag attached to the owner’s
manual, and open the door using the knob. Remove battery cover located on
the inside back of the door by sliding to the right. (Fig. B) Insert the four
batteries as indicated. Replace the battery cover.

Operating instructions

Your safe code is: 1, 7, 5, 0, 0

To open:

Enter the code (when a key is pressed, there will be a beep and the LED will
flash yellow) followed by pressing the

“

#” key. Green LED will remain on for 5

seconds. Within 5 seconds, turn the knob clockwise to open the safe door.

IMPORTANT: All

safe models initially work with the safe code

1 , 7 , 5, 0 , 0 . It is therefore important

to re-program your safe

with a new

user code you have personally selected, to provide

maximum security. Please see instructions that follow.

To program your new user code:

Open the door, remove the battery cover and press the key button inside the
battery compartment on the door back. Yellow LED will go on. Enter your new
code (2-8 digits) followed by the “#” key. Yellow LED will go off to indicate the
new code has been accepted and stored.

If the new programming attempt fails, the yellow LED will flash
with five beeps. You must attempt your new code again.

NOTE: Once your code is changed, keep it in a secure place. Your

original safe code cannot

be used again to open the safe.

To open in emergency:

Remove the cover between knob and keypad, then use the override key
and turn it clockwise. While holding key in turned position, turn the knob
clockwise to open the door.

NOTE: PLEASE DO

NOT PLACE THE OVERRIDE KEY IN YOUR SAFE.

Please secure your override keys in a safe place. If the override
keys are lost or damaged, contact your local Sentry Group office.

To change the batteries:

The yellow light will go on when a key is pressed. This indicates the batteries
are below 5V. Open the safe door and replace with new batteries.

2 Year limited warranty

This product (the "Product") is warranted to the original purchaser for two
years (2) from the date of purchase to be free of structural and mechanical
defects due to faulty materials or workmanship. If a structural or mechanical
defect occurs during the warranty period, Sentry Group or its designee (here­after "Sentry") will repair or replace the defective part(s) of the Product or
Product, at its option, at no charge. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR
STATUTORY RIGHTS UNDER THE LAWS OF THE COUNTRY WHERE YOU
PURCHASED THE PRODUCT. IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE REFER TO (*)

BELOW FOR THE PARTICULAR RULES APPLICABLE TO AUSTRALIA
AND OTHER COUNTRIES.

Warranty Service

Warranty service may be obtained by contacting your local Sentry office or
distributor with your name address, proof of purchase from carton (UPC
Code), original sales receipt and a description of the problem. See Sentry
Group office contact information noted on the back of this owner’s manual.

DO NOT SHIP YOUR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT BACK TO SENTRY.

Limitations Of Warranty

1. Except for damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct

and, in any event, to the extent allowed by the applicable laws and rules on
manufacturer's liability for defective products, Sentry’s responsibility and the
buyer’s exclusive remedy under this warranty are limited to the repair or
replacement of the defective part(s) of the Product or Product, at Sentry’s
option. In no event shall Sentry be liable for loss or damage due to external
events such as fire, water, theft or vandalism or for any incidental or
consequential damages to persons or property (including the contents of the
Product) resulting from the breach of this or any other express or implied
warranty applicable to the Product. IMPORTANT NOTE: THE ABOVE

EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION DO NOT APPLY IN AUSTRALIA.
PLEASE REFER TO (**) BELOW FOR THE PARTICULAR RULES
APPLICABLE IN AUSTRALIA AND OTHER COUNTRIES.

2. Except as may be otherwise provided by applicable law, Sentry
disclaims any and all other covenants and warranties, whether
written or oral, express or implied, including, but not limited to,
the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose. The implied warranty applicable to this Product shall
not exceed the standard two (2) year limited warranty. IMPORTANT NOTE:
THE ABOVE EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION DO NOT APPLY IN AUS­TRALIA. PLEASE REFER TO (***) BELOW FOR THE PARTICULAR
RULES APPLICABLE IN AUSTRALIA AND OTHER COUNTRIES.

3. To the full extent permitted by law, Sentry is not responsible for damage,

defects, or malfunction to the Product caused by shipment. The Product, which
was packed with due care and reasonable handling, should be in good condition
on arrival.

4. This Limited Warranty does not cover defects, damage, or malfunction
caused by modification, alteration, repair or service of the Product by anyone
other than Sentry or its designee, or caused by physical abuse to or misuse of
the Product.

5. No Sentry agent, employee, representative, dealer or retailer has the
authority to make or imply any representation, promise or agreement which
in any way varies the terms of this Limited Warranty.

6. This Limited Warranty shall apply to new, first quality Products and shall not
apply to factory seconds or previously-owned products, or products
previously damaged by such events including, but not limited to, fire, flood,
earthquake, etc.

All of the provisions of this Limited Warranty are separate and severable. If any
provision is held invalid and unenforceable, such determination shall not affect
the validity or enforceability of the other provisions. This Limited Warranty
gives you specific legal rights, which may vary in accordance with the mandatory
provisions of law of the country where you purchased the Product.

IF YOU PURCHASED THE PRODUCT IN ONE OF THE

terms regarding title implied by s. 12 Sale of Goods Act 1979, or (iii) any liability

Gebruikershandleiding

voor veiligheidskluis

Aanwijzingen voor het verankeren

Om maximale veiligheid te garanderen, wordt verankeren ten
sterkste aanbevolen.

1. Kies een geschikte en gunstige plaats voor uw kluis. Zet de kluis op zijn plaats
en gebruik de gaten in de bodem of in de achterkant van de kluis om de plaats
van de gaten te markeren die in de vloer of de muur moeten worden geboord.
Het is niet aanbevolen om zowel in de vloer als de muur te verankeren.
Als in een muur verankerd wordt, zorg er dan voor dat de kluis op een
ondersteunend oppervlak rust, d.w.z. een vloer, tafel of legplank.

2. Zet de kluis opzij en boor gaten van de gepaste diameter en diepte voor het
type bouten dat wordt gebruikt en het monteeroppervlak (2 elk – bouten,
afdichtingsringen en keilbouten).

3. Plaats de kluis opnieuw over de gaten en installeer de bevestigingsmiddelen
zoals vereist.

Voor kluizen met alleen een sleutelslot

Uw Sentry-Safe product is uitgerust met een uiterst veilig sleutelslot met
8 hefbomen en met twee (2) sleutels.

Voor kluizen met een elektronisch slot

Batterij-installatie

Omhet slotte activeren zijn vier alkalineAA batterijen(niet inbegrepen)nodig.

NB: Niet-alkaline en opnieuw oplaadbare batterijenZIJN NIET

AANBEVOLEN.

Om de batterijen te installeren, het deksel tussen het handvat (de deurknop)
en het toetsenbord verwijderen (Afb. A, pagina 1). Ontgrendel de deur met de
overbruggingssleutel die in de plastic zak zit die met de gebruikershandleiding
wordt geleverd en open de deur met behulp van het handvat. Verwijder het
batterijdeksel dat zich op de binnenkant van de deur bevindt door het naar
rechts te schuiven (Afb. B, pagina 1). Plaats vier batterijen zoals wordt
aangetoond. Breng het batterijdeksel opnieuw aan.

Gebruiksaanwijzingen

Uw kluiscode is: 1, 7, 5, 0, 0

Om te openen:

Voer de code in (als er op een toets wordt gedrukt, hoort u een pieptoon en het
LEDje zal geel branden) en druk daarna op de “#” toets. Het groene LEDje zal
gedurende 5 seconden branden. Binnen de 5 seconden draait u het handvat naar
rechts om de deur van de kluis te openen.

BELANGRIJK: Alle

kluismodellen werken aanvankelijk met de

kluiscode 1, 7, 5, 0, 0. Daarom is het belangrijk

om uw kluis

opnieuw te programmeren met een nieuwe

gebruikerscode die
u persoonlijk hebt gekozen om optimale veiligheid teverkrijgen.
Raadpleeg onderstaande aanwijzingen.

Om uw nieuwe gebruikerscode te programmeren:

Open de deur, verwijder het batterijdeksel en druk op de toets in het
batterijcompartiment op de achterkant van de deur. Het gele LEDje zal branden.
Voer uw nieuwe code in (2-8 cijfers) gevolgd door de “#” toets. Het gele LEDje
zal uit gaan om aan te geven dat de nieuwe code geaccepteerd en opgeslagen is.

Als de nieuwe programmeringspoging niet lukt, dan zal het gele
LEDje knipperen en hoort u vijf pieptonen. U moet opnieuw uw
nieuwe code proberen.

NB: Zodra uw code gewijzigd is, moet u deze op een veilige plaats

bewaren. Bewaar uw nieuwe code niet in deze kluis. Uw
oorspronkelijke kluiscode kan niet

meer worden gebruikt

om de kluis te openen.

Openen in een noodgeval:

Verwijder het deksel tussen het handvat en het toetsenbord, gebruik daarna
de overbruggingssleutel en draai deze rechtsom. Terwijl u de sleutel in de
gedraaide stand houdt, draait u het handvat rechtsom om de deur te openen.

NB: BEWAAR DE OVERBRUGGINGSSLEUTEL NIET

IN UW KLUIS.

Bewaar uw overbruggingssleutels op een veilige plaats. Als de
overbruggingssleutels verloren of beschadigd zijn, neem dan
contact op met het plaatselijk kantoor van de Sentry Group.

Om de batterijen te veranderen:

Het gele lampje zal branden als u op een toets drukt. Dit wijst erop dat de
batterijen een vermogen van minder dan 5 V hebben. Open de deur van de
kluis en plaats nieuwe batterijen.

2 jaar beperkte garantie

Met betrekking tot de oorspronkelijke koper zal dit product (het “Product")
gedurende een periode van twee jaar (2) vanaf de aankoopdatum vrij zijn van
structurele en mechanische gebreken te wijten aan defecte materialen of
werkmanschap. Als zich een structureel of mechanisch gebrek voordoet tijdens
de garantieperiode, zal Sentry Group of diens aangestelde (hierna

“

Sentry”
genoemd) het gebrekkige onderdeel (onderdelen) van het Product of het
Product zelf kosteloos herstellen of vervangen, naar eigen goeddunken. DEZE
GARANTIE HEEFT GEEN GEVOLGEN VOOR UW STATUTAIRE RECHTEN
KRACHTENS DE WETTEN VAN HET LAND WAAR U HET PRODUCT HEBT
GEKOCHT. BELANGRIJK: GELIEVE (*) HIERONDER TE

RAADPLEGEN VOOR DE BIJZONDERE REGELS DIE VAN
TOEPASSING ZIJN OP AUSTRALIË EN ANDERE LANDEN.

Garantieservice

Garantieservice kan worden verkregen door contact op te nemen met uw
plaatselijke Sentry-kantoor of -distributeur, aan de hand van uw naam, adres,
aankoopbewijs (de UPC-code op de verpakking), de originele aankoopbon en
een beschrijving van het probleem. Zie de contactinformatie voor het kantoor
van Sentry Group op de achterzijde van deze gebruikershandleiding. STUUR

HET DEFECTE PRODUCT NIET TERUG NAAR SENTRY.

Garantiebeperkingen

1. Behoudens in geval van schade door grove nalatigheid of kwaad opzet en,

in elk geval, voorzover toegelaten krachtens de toepasselijke wetten en regels
aangaande de aansprakelijkheid van de fabrikant voor gebrekkige producten,
is de verantwoordelijkheid van Sentry en de exclusieve remedie van de koper
onder deze garantie beperkt tot herstel of vervanging van het gebrekkige
onderdeel (onderdelen) van het Product of het Product zelf, naar goeddunken
van Sentry. Sentry zal in geen geval aansprakelijk zijn voor verlies of schade als
gevolg van externe gebeurtenissen, zoals brand, wateroverlast, diefstal of
vandalisme, noch voor incidentele schade of gevolgschade aan personen of
goederen (met inbegrip van de inhoud van het Product) die voortvloeit uit een
inbreuk op deze of een andere expliciete of impliciete garantie die van
toepassing is op het Product. BELANGRIJK: DE BOVENVERMELDE

UITSLUITING EN BEPERKING ZIJN NIET VAN TOEPASSING IN

2. Tenzij indien anders bepaald in de toepasselijke wet, wijst
Sentry alle andere convenanten en garanties af, hetzij schriftelijk
of mondeling, hetzij expliciet of impliciet, met inbegrip van maar
niet beperkt tot impliciete garanties wat betreft de verhandel­baarheid en geschiktheid voor een bepaald doel. De geïmpliceerde

garantie die van toepassing is op dit Product zal de standaard beperkte garantie
van twee (2) jaar niet overschrijden. BELANGRIJK: DE BOVENVERMELDE

UITSLUITING EN BEPERKING ZIJN NIET VAN TOEPASSING IN
AUSTRALIË. GELIEVE (***) HIERONDER TE RAADPLEGEN VOOR
DE BIJZONDERE REGELS DIE VAN TOEPASSING ZIJN OP
AUSTRALIË EN ANDERE LANDEN.

3. Voorzover als wettelijk toegelaten, is Sentry niet verantwoordelijk voor

schade, gebreken of defecten aan het Product als gevolg van de verzending. Het
Product, dat met de nodige zorg en redelijke behandeling werd verpakt, zou in
goede staat moeten zijn bij aankomst.

4. Deze Beperkte Garantie dekt geen gebreken, schade of defecten die het
gevolg zijn van aanpassingen, veranderingen, herstellingen of onderhoud aan
het Product door anderen dan Sentry of diens aangestelde, of die het gevolg
zijn van fysiek misbruik of verkeerd gebruik van het Product.

5. Geen enkele agent, werknemer, vertegenwoordiger, dealer of detailhande­laar van Sentry is bevoegd om een verklaring, belofte of afspraak te maken of te
suggereren die de voorwaarden van deze Beperkte Garantie op welke manier
dan ook wijzigt.

6. Deze Beperkte Garantie zal van toepassing zijn op nieuwe, eersteklas
Producten en zal niet van toepassing zijn op tweede-kwaliteitsproducten of
tweedehandsproducten, of producten die eerder werden beschadigd
tengevolge van bepaalde gebeurtenissen, met inbegrip van maar niet beperkt
tot brand, overstroming, aardbeving, enzovoort.

Alle bepalingen uit deze Beperkte Garantie zijn scheidbaar. Als een bepaling
ongeldig en niet-afdwingbaar blijkt, zal dit geen gevolgen hebben voor de
geldigheid of afdwingbaarheid van de overige bepalingen. Deze Beperkte
Garantie verleent u specifieke wettelijke rechten, die kunnen verschillen
naargelang van de verplichte wetsbepalingen van het land waar u het Product
hebt gekocht.

ALS U HET PRODUCT KOCHT IN EEN V

AN DE VOLGENDE

LANDEN, ZIJN DE VOLGENDE REGELS VAN TOEPASSING:

HANDELSPRAKTIJKEN VAN 1974. DE BEPERKINGEN UIT DEZE BEPERKTE
GARANTIE HEBBEN GEEN GEVOLGENVOORUW STATUTAIRERECHTEN
KRACHTENSDEZE WETTEN.

DE FILIPPIJNEN: U hebt de keuze tussen herstel van het gebrekkige
onderdeel van het Product of van het Product zelf, of terugbetaling van de
aankoopprijs. Als u kiest voor terugbetaling van de aankoopprijs, zal het bedrag
dat rechtstreeks toe te schrijven is aan het gebruik van het Product vóór de
vaststelling van het gebrek, worden afgetrokken. U kunt garantieservice
verkrijgen door de vereiste informatie te verschaffen en het aankoopbewijs
van de verpakking of de originele aankoopbon of de garantiekaart voor te
leggen.(**)AUSTRALIË: Vervang Paragraaf 1 door het volgende:
Behoudens in geval van schade door grove nalatigheid of kwaad opzet en, in elk

die van toepassing is op het Product.

FRANKRIJK: Indien u een gebruiker of vakman bent die het Product niet
aankoopt in het kader van zijn specialiteit, heeft u in elk geval recht op de
wettelijke garantie aangaande de afwezigheid van verborgen gebreken met
betrekking tot het Product.

DE FILIPPIJNEN: U hebt de keuze tussen herstel van het gebrekkige
onderdeel van het Product of van het Product zelf, of terugbetaling van de
aankoopprijs. Als u kiest voor terugbetaling van de aankoopprijs, zal het bedrag
dat rechtstreeks toe te schrijven is aan het gebruik van het Product vóór de
vaststelling van het gebrek, worden afgetrokken.

HET VERENIGD KONINKRIJK: Niets uit paragraaf 1 of een andere
bepaling uit deze Beperkte Garantie zal de aansprakelijkheid van Sentry
tegenover u uitsluiten of op enige andere manier beperken in geval van (i)
overlijden of persoonlijk letsel als gevolg van Sentry’s nalatigheid (met inbegrip
van nalatigheid zoals gedefinieerd in de Wet op Oneerlijke
Contractvoorwaarden uit 1977), (ii) inbreuken op de eigendomsvoorwaarden
krachtens de Wet op de Verkoop van Goederen uit 1979, of (iii) elke
aansprakelijkheid die niet wettelijk kan worden uitgesloten of beperkt.

wettelijk toegelaten, wijst Sentry alle andere convenanten en garanties af, hetzij

HET VERENIGD KONINKRIJK: Niets uit Paragraaf 2 of een andere bepa­ling uit deze Beperkte Garantie zal de aansprakelijkheid van Sentry tegenover
u uitsluiten of op enige andere manier beperken in geval van (i) fraude, (ii)

Instructions de boulonnage

Le boulonnage est vivement recommandé, car il permet de
renforcer au maximum la sécurité.

1. Sélectionnez un environnement pratique et approprié pour votre coffre-fort.
Placez-le dans cet endroit et utilisez les orifices ménagés sur le plancher ou
à l’arrière pour marquer les emplacements à percer dans le sol ou dans le
mur. Nous déconseillons d’essayer de percer à la fois le sol et le mur. Si
vous désirez boulonner votre coffre-fort à un mur, assurez-vous qu’il repose
bien à plat sur sa surface de support (sol, table ou étagère).

2. Placez le coffre-fort de côté et percez des trous d’un diamètre et d’une
profondeur adaptés au materiel utilisé et a la surface d’installation (2 de
chaque – boulons, rondelles et pièces d’ancrage de maçonnerie).

3. Remettez le coffre-fort sur les trous et installez les attaches comme
nécessaire.

Pour alimenter la serrure, il faut quatre piles alcalines AA (non fournies).

REMARQUE : l’utilisation de piles non alcalines ou rechargeables N’EST PAS

RECOMMANDÉE.

Retirez le couvercle situé entre le bouton et le pavé de touches pour installer
les piles. (Fig. A, page 1) Déverrouillez la porte avec la clé prioritaire fournie
dans le sachet en plastique joint au manuel d'utilisation, puis ouvrez la porte à
l'aide du bouton. Retirez le couvercle des piles situé à l'intérieur de l'arrière
de la porte en le faisant glisser vers la droite. (Fig. B, page 1) Insérez les
quatre piles tel qu'indiqué. Remettez en place le couvercles des piles.

Mode d’emploi

Le code de votre coffre-fort est : 1, 7, 5, 0, 0

Ouverture:

Tapez le code (un bip est émis et la DEL clignote en jaune dès qu’une touche
est enfoncée), puis appuyez sur la touche “#”. La DEL s’allume en vert
pendant 5 secondes. Durant ces 5 secondes, tournez la clé dans le sens des
aiguilles d’une montre pour ouvrir la porte du coffre-fort.

IMPORTANT: tous

les modèles de coffre-fort fonctionnent initiale­ment avec le code de coffre-fort 1, 7, 5, 0, 0. Pour une sécurité
optimale, il est donc important

de reprogrammer votre coffre-

fort avec le nouveau

code utilisateur que vous aurez choisi

personnellement. Reportez-vous aux instructions ci-dessous

Programmation d’un nouveau code utilisateur :

Ouvrez la porte, retirez le couvercle des piles, puis appuyez sur le bouton
clé situé à l'intérieur du compartiment à piles de l'arrière de la porte. La DEL
s’allume en jaune. Tapez votre nouveau code (de 2 à 8 chiffres), puis appuyez
sur la touche “#”. La DEL s’éteint pour indiquer que le nouveau code a été
accepté et enregistré.

Si la programmation du nouveau code échoue, la DEL clignote en
jaune et cinq bips sont émis. Essayez à nouveau d’enregistrer
votre code personnel.

REMARQUE : Une fois le code modifié, conservez-le dans un endroit

sûr. Le code d’origine de votre coffre-fort ne

pourra plus être

utilisé pour ouvrir votre coffre-fort.

Ouverture d’urgence :

Retirez le couvercle situé entre le bouton et le pavé de touches, puis utilisez la
clé prioritaire et tournez-la dans le sens horaire. Maintenez la clé en position
tournée et tournez le bouton dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre pour
ouvrir la porte.

REMARQUE : VEUILLEZ NE

PAS RANGER LA CLÉ PRIORITAIRE DANS

VOTRE COFFRE-FORT.

Veuillez protéger vos clés prioritaires dans un endroit sans danger.
Contactez votre bureau local de Sentry Group si vous perdez ou
endommagez des clés prioritaires.

Remplacement des piles :

Le témoin jaune s’allume dès qu’une clé est enfoncée. Ceci indique que la
charge des piles est inférieure à 5 V. Ouvrez la porte du coffre-fort et
remplacez les piles.

Garantie limitée de 2 ans

Le présent produit (le “ Produit ”) est garanti à l'acheteur d'origine, pendant
une période de deux (2) ans à compter de la date d'achat, contre tout vice
structurel et mécanique dû à une erreur de matériau ou de fabrication. Si un
défaut structurel ou mécanique se produit pendant la période de garantie,
Sentry Group ou son commettant (ci-après "Sentry") réparera ou remplacera,
à son gré, la/les partie(s) défectueuse(s) du Produit ou le Produit
gratuitement. CETTE GARANTIE NE MODIFIE EN RIEN VOS DROITS
STATUTAIRES EN VERTU DES LOIS DU PAYS OU VOUS AVEZ ACHETE LE

Limitations de garantie

totalité du Produit. En aucun cas, Sentry ne pourra engager sa responsabilité
en cas de perte ou de dommages qui soient la conséquence d’événements
externes tels que le feu, l’eau, le vol, le vandalisme ou à cause de tout
dommage supplémentaire ou indirect aux personnes ou aux biens (y inclus les
contenus du Produit) entraîné par la violation de cette ou de toute autre
