Digital Rack-mountable transmitter
The SR 2020-D-US rack-mountable transmitter is designed for installed and rental applications. With up to eight
available channels, assistive listening, visual description and even multiple languages are easily supported. Via an XLR
input, external sound sources such as audio from CDs, DVDs or a PC network can be fed into the transmitter. Alternately,
podium microphones such as the IS Series may be connected with phantom power provided by the transmitter. The
configuration menu is easy and intuitive to operate; the backlit display shows important settings such as selected
channel, and microphone or line level.
About the 2020-D Digital RF System
The SR 2020-D-US transmits reliable, high-quality digital RF audio to the HDE 2020-D-US receivers. The HDE 2020-D-US
features a lightweight design, automatic operation, and easy-to-adjust channel and volume levels. The receiver includes
a rechargeable battery which offers up to eight hours of use and quickly recharges in less than 3 hours! The HDE
2020-D-US receivers may be conveniently charged and stored with the EZL2020-20L, or the new L2021-40 rack-mount
charger.

APPLICATIONS:
The SR 2020-D-US is a digital RF information system that is ideal for assistive listening and language transmission.
Designed for a variety of installed and rental applications, the system offers premium-quality sound with the added
freedom and versatility of RF wireless transmission technology.
ARCHITECT SPECS
The transmitter must utilize the ISM band frequencies of 926 – 928 MHz for transmission of up to eight audio channels,
with an AF frequency response of 100–7,000 Hz. It must be rack-mountable and have a headphone monitoring jack
and volume control for front panel monitoring by the technician. It must accept mic or line level audio input via XLR-3
connector, with phantom power optional. It must be easy to install using DC input for power supply and a BNC connector
for connecting an antenna. It must have a backlit display indicating signal source, source level, selected channel and lock
mode. It must be easily configured via set and menu up/down buttons.
