LTC3200LED Television
How to UPDATE FIRMWARE: (only if provided)
Periodically, the functions on the TV may be upgraded by the manufacturer. This is done with the firmware installed on a
USB drive formatted to FAT32. USB drive must be 2GB or larger.
1. Make sure the TV input is not set to USB, or the update will not work.
2. Turn the TV off.
3. Insert the USB drive with new firmware into the USB slot. (top slot on jack panel)
4. Turn on the TV using the “power” button on TV, not the remote control.
5. You will see an “updating….” message on the screen.
6. After update is complete, the TV will power itself off.
7. Remove the USB drive.
8. Turn on the TV using the “power” button on the TV.
9. The firmware update is complete.
Set-up and Clone Programming
To simplify the setup of multiple TV’s, you can export the settings from one that you have configured. The concept is
to set up the first TV exactly how you want it, including auto channel search, brightness, etc. After that, you can export
those settings onto a USB drive and then import them into your other televisions.
Step 1: Use the “MENU” button to make selections. Use the “Channels” icon to select type of service—air or cable
and then complete the “auto-search” function.
Step 2: Continue through the settings menus, and configure the television the way you want it.
Step 3: Insert your FAT32 formatted USB drive, and then go to the “SECURITY” menu.
Step 4: Enter the default security code 0-0-0-0. Scroll down to the “export settings” selection and press “OK” on the
remote control.
Step 5: Once the export is completed, you can remove your USB drive.
Step 6: Plug the USB stick into the next television. Go to the “SETTINGS” menu and enter the default security code
0-0-0-0. Scroll down to the “Import settings” selection and hit “OK” on the remote control.
How to program remotes for Bed 1/Bed 2/Bed 3 operation:
When two or more TV’s are located in the same room, it is important to program the remote controls so that they will not
interfere with each other. If this isn’t done, one resident may accidentally change channels on another resident’s TV.
Step 1: Press “MENU” on the remote control.
Step 2: Use the Up/Down arrows to go to the “Security” menu.
Step 3: Enter the security code. “0000” is the default code.
Step 4: Go to the “Remote” setting. Change the “Remote” setting using the left and right arrows.
• Pressing the left arrow on the remote will change the setting to “Remote 2”. Press and hold “OK” + “3” simultaneously
for 2 seconds until the remote begins working.
• Pressing the right arrow on the remote will change the setting to “Remote 1”. Press and hold “OK” + “2”
simultaneously for 2 seconds until the remote begins working.
• If the “Remote” setting is set to “OFF”, press and hold “OK” + “1” simultaneously for 2 seconds until the remote
begins working.
NOTE: You can reset all of the TV’s settings by entering the “Computer” menu and executing “All Reset”

Using the USB Therapy Card
Programming the Therapy Slide Show is easy.
The Therapy Slide Show Card is pre-loaded for demonstration purposes
with 32 sample nature photos and 3 songs. These can be saved to another
folder for future viewing, or they can be deleted.
How the TV remote control and Therapy Slide Show work together:
SHOW button
This will start the Therapy Slide Show by playing whatever .jpg photos and .mp3 music files that are in the root of the
USB Therapy Card. This is the easiest method for users to access photos and music. If you wish to keep it super simple
for the user, this is all that is needed.
PHOTOS button
This brings up the folders on the USB Therapy Card containing photos. The folders can be opened to select individual
images or shown in sequence.
MUSIC button
This brings up the folders on the USB Therapy Card containing music. The folders can be opened to select individual
songs or played in sequence.
Adding personalized content
Step 1: Plug the USB card into your computer.
Step 2: Remove the demo photos from the default “SHOW”
Remove the existing demo photos and music stored on the USB Therapy Card. These are not located in any file folder
and are just stored on the root of the USB Therapy Card. If you wish to save these for future viewing, create a folder and
move the photos to that folder. If you so not wish to save these, simply delete them.
Step 3: Add your own photos
Copy your own family photos directly onto the USB drive. The order they will be shown on the TV will be in the same
order they are copied onto the USB Therapy Card. There is no limit to the number of photos that may be shown up to
the 4GB memory capacity.
Step 4: Add your loved one’s favorite music.
This music will play automatically along with the default photo show. Select four or five songs that are favorites. Any
.mp3 file can be used. Simply copy these music files onto the USB Therapy Card and do not place in any file folder.
Advanced Viewing Options
For those individuals desiring more content and who are able to navigate and select file folders, additional file folders
may be created on the USB Therapy Card. Simply create the file folders, name them accordingly and copy your photos
