Integration to the end product

The Bluetooth Inter face Board has to be installed and used in accordance with the technical
description/instal lat ion instr uctions pr ovided by the manufactur er.

The system may only be implemented in the configuration that was authorized. Note that
any changes or modificat ions t o this e quip ment not expres sly approv ed by t he manufact urer
could void the user’s auth or ity to operate this equipment.

Labelling

The Bluetooth Interface b oard labelled as below.

The proposed FCC ID/IC labels format are to be placed on the module. If FCC ID/IC are not
visible when the module is installed into the system, “Contain s FCC ID: BKMFBM291A” and
“Contains IC: 1052C-M291A” shall be placed on t he outside of final host system.
