GENERAL: Cabinet constructed throughout with stainless steel.
All double wall construction insulated with high density berglass
insulation. All exterior surfaces shall be ground and polished to a
#3 nish.
INTERNAL FRAME: All vertical and horizontal edges framed
with a combination of 1 1/2” x 1 1/2” x 1/8” and 1” x 1” x 1/8” angle
iron, arc welded, cross braced and reinforced at all corners. Each
side shall have pyramid bracing consisting of 2 braces from back
to front in a “V” pattern with one center brace.
BASE FRAME: Base shall be 1” x 1” x 1/8” angle around periphery with 4 cross braces. Base shall have 4 - 6” x 6” and 5/16”
steel plates drilled and tapped to accomodate 5”, 6” and 8” casters. These plates are fully welded on three sides 6” to framing.
INNER CABINETS: Inner cabinets shall be all 24 gauge 300
Series stainless steel. Inner cabinet shall have permanently
mounted pan rails. Rails shall accommodate 5 12” x 20” x 2 1/2”
deep pans, or multiples of 4” and 6” deep pans. Cabinets will
also accommodate 1/2” and 1/3” size pans. Inner cabinets fully
insulated with high density berglass on all sides. Inner cabinets
heated by the “In Wall Heat System.”

DOORS: Doors shall be all 20 gauge stainless steel. Door shall
have full interior frame constructed of 3/4” x 3/4” 14 gauge square
tubing. Doors shall be fully insulated and gasketed. Doors shall
have an exterior louver with an interior damper for moisture
control. All door hardware shall be secured through framing in
cabinet and door. Doors shall have a heavy duty positive and
magnetic door latch and 2 refrigeration type door hinges.
ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Cabinets shall have a top
mounted control panels consisting of an on and off switch, power
indicator light, temperature indicating light, thermostat control for
each well and lower compartment. Each lower cabinet shall have
a thermometer located in control panel. Each well and lower compartment heated by its own 500 watt heating element. Provided
with 8’ long cord, CW1 Nema #5-15P, CW2, 3, &44 #6-20P plug.
Top of cabinet for removable for easy access to controls.
CASTERS: Cabinet shall have 4 heavy duty 5” casters, 2 rigid
and 2 swivel casters mounted to 6” x 6” x 5/16” steel plate drilled
and tapped. Cabinet shall have a full wrap around rubber bumper.
Bumper frame shall be 3/4” x 3/4” x 1/8” angle iron welded and
cross braced. Bumper mounted to bottom of cabinet frame. Bumper extends past all hardware and body of cabinet.
