1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
 WARNING! Ensure Health & Safety, local authority, and general workshop practice regulations are adhered to when using this equipment.
WARNING! Always wear approved eye protection when using the press. Failure to do so may result in serious injury. Normal spectacles are not adequate protection.
Familiarise yourself with the specific applications and limitations of the press, as well as any potential hazards. If unsure of the applications or limitations of the installer, contact your supplier. Ensure that the installer is the correct tool for the task. DO NOT use the installer for any purpose other than that
for which it is designed.
Replace or repair damaged parts. Use genuine parts only. Unauthorised parts may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.
Ensure that the workpiece is stable and that there is adequate lighting.  Maintain correct balance and footing. Ensure the floor is not slippery and wear non-slip shoes.
Ensure that the front of the motorcycle frame is adequately supported when the front wheel and forks are

removed.
 DO NOT use press if any parts are damaged or missing as this may cause failure and/or personal injury.  DO NOT use the press when you are tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or intoxicating medication. Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the working area. When not in use, return parts to the case, and store in a safe, dry, childproof location.
2. INTRODUCTION
Safe and easy way to install lower steering bearing. Includes three aluminium dies and driver bar, to be used in conjunction with a soft-faced hammer. Dies Ø: 31, 35, 43mm

3. OPERATION
Lower Bearing Insertion
Choose the correct size insert to fit the lower bearing, slide the driver over the steering tube and tap the bearing into place with a soft-faced hammer.
