1. SAFETY
NOTE!: This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities
or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by
a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. The Sealey
Chemical Sprayer Model No TP01 is safe and only becomes a safety issue when used with toxic fluids. The following safety instructions
are bulletin points and cannot cover every aspect of user safety.
Be aware of the safety requirements (C.O.S.H.H.) for the fluids contained in the vessel.
Wear safety equipment as advised in (C.O.S.H.H.) statements.
DO read and follow all the fluid manufacturers instructions for application and safe use.
Store the vessel inside an outbuilding away from foodstuffs and out of reach of children.
Label vessel with chemical used, even if water. It is highly recommended that individual vessels should be used for individual
chemicals. Cross contamination can give unexpected results. Also possible spillages are avoided in transferring liquids.
DO NOT spray at people, animals, protected insect species, in high winds, at naked flames or sources of heat.
DO NOT use the pressure sprayer for any purpose other than for which it is designed.
DO NOT use whilst eating, drinking, smoking; under the influence of drugs, alcohol, intoxicating medication, or if fatigued.
DO NOT use to spray flammable liquids, solvents etc..
2. iINTRODUCTION
Ideal for use with some brake cleaners, detergents, trafc lm remover, penetrating oils and weed killer. Viton® seals allow use with a wide
range of semi volatile chemicals that would deteriorate standard seals. Adjustable nozzle enables easy and direct application of liquid exactly
where it is required. Fitted with Viton® seals. Compatibility document available.
3. SPECIFICATION
This Pressure Sprayer is manufactured from polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE), Brass and Viton® Seals.
Please check the suitability of all chemicals to be used.
It is suitable for Brake Cleaner Fluid containing:
Isopropanol, Propan-2-ol, Isopropyl Alcohol, Naphtha , Acetone or derivatives of them.
4. OPERATION
4.1 Grip the handle and rotate the vessel to separate or grip the handle and rotate the vessel.
4.2 Avoiding spillages fill to, 1.0LTR maximum or required volume.
4.3 Re-attach vessel keeping vertical, rotate until hand tight against neck seal. Pressurise the vessel by operating the pump plunger until
resistance is felt.
4.4 Attach a label with contents indicated.
4.5 Operate the trigger to spray and rotate the nozzle to obtain desired spray mode.
4.6 After use, operate the pressure relief valve to depressurise the vessel.
4.7 Flush externally with water to clean off residuals and store safely after use.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to
a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely
unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids
according to local regulations.
