1. SAFETY

2. INTRODUCTION
Conical shaped design allows socket to fit over locking/wheel nut. Socket is hammered onto nut using the punch, so nut and socket wedge
together. Nut can then be removed with a breaker bar or impact wrench. Set also includes drift to remove nut from socket.

4. OPERATION
4.1. Select the appropriate removal socket to create a tight fit over the wheel nut.
4.2. Fit the socket over the wheel nut and insert the punch (fig.1).
4.3. Using a suitable hammer, strike the punch sharply several times until the socket has gripped the wheel nut.
4.4. Place either a wrench or impact socket over the hex at the rear of the removal socket.
4.5. Release the wheel nut by turning as a unit with the removal socket.
4.6. Hold the removal socket in a vice and pass the drift through the rear end of the socket and strike the drift to release the wheel nut (fig.2)
WARNING: Take care when removing the nut from the removal socket: the nut can exit the socket with considerable force

5. MAINTENANCE
5.1. Clean the inside of the socket with abrasive paper or cloth to remove any dirt or irregularity.
5.2. Keep the kit clean and store all the components in the case after use.
