1. safetY
1.1. general 9 it is important to ensure that the lamp is fully charged before initial use. 8 do not turn the lamp on when it is being charged. 8 do not shine directly into your, another person’s or an animal’s eyes. 8 do not allow children to use the lamp. 8 do not leave battery in a discharged state. recharge battery immediately.
recharge the battery at least once every six months of non-use.
9 there are no user serviceable components. do not dismantle. 8 do not pull the charger plug from the mains socket by the lead.
1.2. battery safety
Warning! To reduce the risk of burns or re: 8 do not Attempt to open, disassemble, modify or service the battery pack. 8 do not Crush, puncture, short external contacts or dispose of in re or water. 8 do not expose to temperatures above 60°c (140°). 9 recycle or dispose of used battery as stipulated by local regulation. 9 if the electrolyte in the cells gets on your skin, thoroughly wash with soap and water. if it gets in your eyes, rinse thoroughly with cool
water and seek immediate medical attention

slimline foldout inspection lamp for use in conned spaces, with 6mm minimum thickness. Inspection arm can be rotated 180° and folded back for use as a hands free inspection lamp. features 12smd led’s which produce up to 400 lumens, operated by a rolling dimmer switch and a 1W smd led in the end for use as a directional torch. suitable for hands free operation with 3 magnets and a hanging hook. folds away, small and
compact, suitable for keeping in your pocket. Powered by a 3.7V 2Ah rechargeable Li-ion battery which lasts up to 8 hours. Supplied with USB

4. charging
4.1. the battery fitted to this lamp is considered to be a consumable item and its ability to accept charge will reduce over time. We will warranty it against mechanical and electrical defect for a period of one year, this does not cover fair wear and tear. if the battery is not properly charged before first use, or regularly conditioned, its capacity will diminish. under these circumstances we will not replace the battery even if it is less than one year old.
4.2. connect the charger into the charge socket on the lamp, see fig.1. Plug into power supply and turn on, the red charge led on the lamp will light as the battery charges. When fully charged the led turns green.
4.3. When the battery has fully charged (approx 3hrs) disconnect from mains supply.
note: the lithium battery does not suffer from memory effect and once fully charged may be stored for up to six months without another charge.

5. operation
Refer to g.1
5.1. Unfold lamp. Select either directional torch or inspection lamp. Brightness is controlled by dimmer switch.
5.2. lamp can be hung from the hook or attached using magnets.
6. maintenance
6.1. Keep lamp clean and check for damage before every use. if damage is observed, remove from use until unit is repaired.
6.2. the battery is not designed to be removed .

recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.
Weee regulations
dispose of this product at the end of its working life in compliance with the eu directive on Waste electrical and electronic equipment (Weee). When the product is no longer required, it must be disposed of in an environmentally protective way. contact your local solid waste authority for recycling information.
