1. safety
1.1. general safety
9 ensure the lamp is fully charged before initial use.
8 do not turn the torch on when it is being charged.
8 do not shine directly into your, other person’s or animal’s eyes.
8 do not allow children to use the torch.
8 do not handle or move the torch whilst it is being charged.
8 do not use the torch if you suspect that the battery or the torch casing is damaged.
do not leave battery in a discharged state, recharge battery immediately. before storage, fully recharge the battery,
subsequently recharge the battery at least once every six months of non-use.
1.2. electrical safety
Use only the USB charging lead supplied to charge the battery.
WaRnIng! It is the user’s responsibility to read, understand and comply with the following electrical instructions:
You must ensure the risk of electric shock is minimised by the installation of appropriate safety devices.
An RCCB (Residual Current Circuit Breaker) should be incorporated in the main distribution board. We also recommend that an RCd
(Residual Current device) is used with all electrical products, particularly portable equipment which is plugged into an electrical
supply not protected by an RCCB.

1.2.1. The Electricity At Work Act 1989 requires all portable electrical appliances, if used on business premises, to be tested by a qualied
electrician, using a Portable Appliance Tester (PAT), at least once a year.
1.2.2. The Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 makes owners of electrical appliances responsible for the safe condition of the appliance and
the safety of the appliance operator. If in any doubt about electrical safety, contact a qualied electrician.
1.2.3. You must ensure that you:

9 Replace only with the battery pack designated for this product.
9 Recycle or dispose of used battery as stipulated by local regulation.
If the electrolyte in the cells gets on your skin, thoroughly wash with soap and water. If it gets in your eyes, rinse thoroughly with cool
water and seek immediate medical attention.

the wave of a hand and standard on/off push button switch. Two output options of 100% and a 30% energy saving mode. Powered by a
rechargeable 3.7V 2Ah li-ion battery. Supplied with micro USB charging lead.

4. opeRatIon
4.1. Remove USB cover to reveal USB charging point, where the provided USB charging cable can be inserted g.1.
4.2. Plug in the cable to an appropriate power source. Charging will take approximately 6hr.
4.3. When charged remove USB cable and replace the USB cover.
4.4. To switch on press on/mode change/off button (100%), press again to change mode (30%), press again to switch off.
4.5. To activate by hand movement, hold down (approx 3 sec.) on/mode change/off button until button turns red. light can now be
operated by passing hand in front of sensor. Press button again to switch off.
5. MaIntenance
5.1. Keep the torch clean by wiping with a damp cloth.
5.2. Remove batteries if not being used for a long period of time.
5.3. Store torch and batteries in a dry childproof area.

envIRonMent pRotectIon
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to
a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely
unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids
according to local regulations.
Weee RegulatIons
dispose of this product at the end of its working life in compliance with the eU directive on Waste electrical and electronic equipment
(Weee). When the product is no longer required, it must be disposed of in an environmentally protective way. Contact your local solid
waste authority for recycling information.
