1. SAFETY
9 Wear eye protection and protective gloves; may cause eye and skin irritation.
8 DO NOT use the product for a purpose for which it was not designed.

2. INTRODUCTION
Three-stage headlight restoration kit. Restores clear plastic by removing scratches, haze and discolouration. Improves visibility and safety. One
kit is intended to restore two headlight lenses.
3. CONTENTS
2 x P800 Sanding Discs
2 x P1200 Sanding Discs
2 x P2000 Sanding Discs
1 x Orange Sponge Disc
2 x Polish Paste
2 x 3ml Protection uid
1 x Masking Tape (300 x 2cm)
1 x Backing Pad M10 thread
1 x Adaptor
1 x White Sponge Disc
4. INSTRUCTIONS
4.1. Preparation
4.1.1. Clean the headlight lens with water.
4.1.2. Mask off the area surrounding the lens to avoid scratches on adjacent paintwork.
4.2. Sanding
NOTE: sanding and polishing may be carried out either manually or by using a drill or polisher. Using a machine results in a
better nish.
4.2.1. Wet the sanding disc and attach it to the backing pad.
4.2.2. Start with the coarsest (P800) disc and progress to the P1200 and P2000 discs until the lens discolouration is removed.
4.3. Polishing
4.3.1. Attach the orange sponge disc to the backing pad and apply the polish paste.
4.3.2. Polish the lens until the shine is restored to its original condition.
NOTE: If polishing by hand, polish with no less than 200 circular strokes in a clockwise direction.
4.4. Protection
4.4.1. Clean the headlight lens and ensure that it is dry.
4.4.2. Using the white sponge, apply the protection uid to the surface of the lens.
NOTE: DO NOT apply the protection liquid in direct sunlight.
4.4.3. After application, leave for 10-15 minutes to allow the uid to cover evenly.
4.4.4. Immediately after this time, allow to dry in the sun for 1 to 2 hours.
4.4.5. Keep the lens dry, DO NOT wash the vehicle for 24 hours.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to
a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely
unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids
according to local regulations.
