INSTRUCTIONS FOR: FOLD DOWN TELESCOPIC TRESTLE

Thank you for purchasing a Sealey product. Manufactured to a high standard this product will, if used according to these instructions and properly maintained, give you years of trouble free performance.
1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

3 Maintain the trestle in good condition. Replace or repair damaged parts. Use recommended parts only. Unauthorised parts may
be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.
3 Keep the trestle clean for best and safest performance and check moving parts alignment regularly. 3 Ensure the workpiece is correctly held or secured before commencing work. 3 Maintain correct balance and footing. Ensure the floor is not slippery and wear non slip shoes. 7 DO NOT use the trestle for any purpose other than for which it is designed. 7 DO NOT operate the trestle if any parts are missing as this may cause failure and/or possible personal injury. 7 DO NOT use it as standing platform. The trestle is for supporting items only. 3 When not in use store in a safe, dry, child proof area and ensure it will not topple over.

Unpack the product and check contents against the list above. Should there be any damaged or missing parts contact your supplier immediately. When all is satisfactory, assemble the trestle as follows. Please refer each part of the assembly to the relevant diagram figure.
3.1. Bolt the upright support strut x1 to the upright support x2 using the 2 x12mm long bolts and 2x locking studs (fig. 2.) Ensure that both of the locking studs (fig. 3.) face in the same direction.

3.2. Attach the legs to the upright supports using the 38mm bolts (fig. 5.) ensuring that the latches are the correct way round (fig. 4.).

3.3. Attach the horizontal struts (fig. 6.) to the legs using the 8 x 35mm cross head bolts (fig. 7.).

3.4. Bolt the 2 x uprights to the 1 x platform bar using the 4 x 45mm bolts (fig. 8.).
3.5. To complete assembly slide the platform bar assembly into the upright supports and insert the safety pins when platform bar is at the desired height (fig. 9.).

3.6. To prepare for storage, remove safety pins, lower platform bar and replace the pins, then release latches and fold legs in.
