1. SAFETY
WARNING! Ensure Health and Safety , local authority and general workshop practice regulations are adhered to when using tools. 8 DO NOT use tools if damaged. 9 Maintain tools in good and clean condition for best and safest performance. 9 Wear approved eye protection. 2. i INTRODUCTION
Designed to remove stubborn steel wheels on commercial vehicles. Applicable to twin or single wheel set up. Suitable for separation of stuck or frozen dual wheel arrangements on most dual wheeled vehicles. Suitable for use with air / electric impact guns. Blackened finish for corrosion resistance. Supplied in a storage case.

4. ASSEMBLY
Apply thread lubricant to Forcing Screw thread. There are two Pullers supplied. Ensure the correct size is used for the wheels being serviced.

5. OPERATION
5.1. Ensure vehicle is correctly and safely supported as directed by vehicle manufacturer, Health and Safety, local authority and workshop practice regulations.
5.2. Ensure all required personal safety equipment is worn.
5.3.  Removewheelnutsleavingatleasttwoinplacebutloosenedtopreventwheelassemblyfallingo󰀨withoutwarning.
5.4. Use penetrating oil around studs and between the seized wheels.
5.5. Assemble tool as per Section 4 ensuring that the correct size Puller is being used.
5.6. Pass the assembled tool through the wheel spoke until the Pusher rests on the rim of the inner wheel (g. 2).
5.7. Hand tighten the assembly so that the Puller rests on rim opening on outer wheel (g 3).
5.8. Use a suitable socket drive with an impact tool to loosen the wheel.
5.9. If necessary remove the tool (or use a second tool) to repeat the operation on the opposite side of the wheel.
5.10. The tool can also be used on the inner wheel if seized. If this is done ensure that the tool pusher is rested on a suitably strong part of the vehicle.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.
