1. SaFETY
▲ DANGER! Take care when using and moving platforms in the vicinity of power cables - risk of potentially fatal electric shock.
WaRNING! Ensure Health and Safety, local authority, and general workshop practice regulations are adhered to when using this
equipment.
9 The weight of user plus tools and materials should not exceed 150kg.
9 Always check all hinge locking mechanisms. Make sure hinges are in the locked position before using. Inspect all parts prior to each
use. Discontinue use if any parts of the platform are missing, damaged or worn in any way.
8 DO NOT attempt to x a damaged platform. Always have a qualied repair person x the damaged platform.
8 DO NOT use any other attachments, components or accessories not sold or recommended for this platform.
9 Always set platform up on rm, dry, stable, level ground for maximum stability.
8 DO NOT try to increase the height of the platform in any position by placing anything under the platform feet.
9 Always use caution when getting on or off platform.
8 DO NOT use the platform while under the inuence of alcohol or drugs of any kind.
8 DO NOT set up the platform in front of doors that are not locked.
9 Always use extreme caution when using platform on a dust sheet, carpet or other protective surface as this may prevent the rubber
feet from gripping the surface properly.
8 DO NOT stand on platform whilst trying to release the locking levers.
9 To avoid pinching injuries, use extreme caution when folding or extending platform sections. Keep all body parts away from hinges and
moving sections of the platform.
8 DO NOT attempt to fold down the leg sections until the locking levers are both released.
8 DO NOT force the locking levers. If they should become stuck, lift that section lightly to remove the weight from the hinge. Then
attempt to lift the lever again.
8 DO NOT attempt to jump, walk or move platform while on it. If you need to move the platform get off it rst. Move it, then reposition
yourself.
8 DO NOT attempt to push or pull anything while on the platform as this may cause the platform to tip and you to fall.
9 Always stand in a well balanced position on the platform
8 DO NOT over reach.
9 This platform is not a toy and is not meant for use by or near children. Never leave platform set up and unattended.
8 DO NOT attempt to use the platform on stairs.
8 DO NOT use the platform in windy, rainy or icy conditions as it may become slippery as a result.
9 Always wear skid resistant shoes while using this platform.
8 DO NOT place/use platform on a slippery surface.
9 When not in use store in a safe, dry, childproof area.
9 Keep the work area clean, uncluttered and ensure there is adequate lighting.
9 Always ensure both catches are engaged before use.

2. INTRODUcTION
Folding and portable aluminium platform constructed to EN131, with 150kg capacity. Large, ribbed non-slip platform and treads for safe and
specication easy manoeuvrability. Durable aluminium alloy frame with ribbed feet provides extra stability. Safety locking catches on legs. Folds
flat for easy storage and transportation. Platform size: 300 x 800mm.

4. aSSEMbLY / OPERaTION
IMPORTaNT: before using the platform at work, a risk assessment should be carried out in accordance with the
legislation in the country of use.
WaRNING! Take particular care when opening out or folding down the platform legs to avoid pinching injuries by keeping all body
parts (including those of other people) away from hinges and moving parts.
4.1. Before opening out the legs ensure that the two locking levers are in the transit position (i.e. parallel with the top of the platform) as
shown above in g.1.
4.1.1. Fold both sets of legs out fully, ensuring that the stops on the two halves of each hinge are in full, face to face contact.
4.1.2. Turn the platform the right way up and rotate the locking levers (one at each end) clockwise as shown in g.2a. Ensure that the slot in
each locking lever is fully engaged with the locking pin on the appropriate leg as shown in g.2b.
4.1.3. If you have not already done so, you must read the safety instructions before positioning and using the platform.

ENVIRONMENT PROTEcTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to
a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely
unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids
according to local regulations.
