8 Do not use this product if damaged.
9 Maintain product in good condition for best and safest performance.
9 ensure that the ignition key is removed, to prevent inadvertent engine cranking.
9 If the vehicle to be worked on is raised, ensure that it is adequately supported with axle stands or ramps and chocks.
9 Wear suitable clothing to avoid snagging. do not wear loose jewellery and tie back long hair.
9 Account for all tools and parts being used.
8 do noT use the alignment tool if you are tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or intoxicating medication.

2. introDUCtion
2.1. Chemically blackened steel components in storage case. Aids alignment of clutch
plate for assembly.
3. Contents
Alignment Adaptor Bar
Spigot Adaptor: .....................................................Ø10.6-20mm
Mandrel: ............................................................Ø14.2-25.5mm
4. operation
4.1. Select the appropriate guide sleeve for the internal diameter of clutch plate and
slide it onto the alignment adaptor bar. ensure the taper of the guide sleeve runs
towards the threaded end of the adaptor bar.
4.2. Select the appropriate centring sleeve for the spigot bearing and screw it onto the
end of the alignment adaptor bar.
4.3. Slide the clutch plate onto the guide sleeve, ensuring the correct orientation.
4.4. Fit the centring sleeve into the spigot bearing and slide the clutch plate, on the
guide sleeve, up to the flywheel.
4.5. Fit the clutch pressure plate and cover assembly and bolt in place.
4.6. Remove the alignment tool.
