SAFETY & OPERATION NOTES

SAFETY

 Earth: The ground MUST be connected properly by a certified technician. Never connect

earth ground to the gas pipe, drain pipe or any other incorrect grounding system.

 Be sure to cut off the power supply when not using the air conditioner for a long time.
 Don’t attempt to repair the air conditioner by yourself.
 Don’t place a space heater near the air conditioner.
 Don’t block the air intake or outlet vents of both the outdoor and indoor units.
 Don’t step on the top of the outdoor unit or place something on it.
 Keep combustible spray away from the units.
 Please assure if a stand is used for the outdoor unit, it is firm enough to hold the w eight of

the outdoor unit.

 Splashing water on the air conditioner can cause an electric shock and malfunction.
 Air conditioner should be operated with stable voltage range of 208-230V 1PH. An

unstable supply may create vibration and damage.

OPERATION

 Set the room temperature appr opriately.
 Don’t leave windows and doors open for a long time while operating the air conditioner.
 Don’t operate unit without air filter.
 Don’t operate indoor unit when front cover is removed.
 Don’t store remote controller in direct sunlight or excessive heat.
 Don’t drop or throw the remote controller.
 Don’t immerse the remote controller in water or any other liquids.
