Safety Precautions:
1. Read the full instruction manual before attempting to use the Sprayer.
2. Always read the labels & MSDS for chemicals before use.
3. When using the Rechargeable Backpack Sprayer we recommend that you wear the correct personal protection equipment according to the chemical that you are using. A General recommend minimum is long pants, long sleeved shirt and gloves.
4. Do not use the sprayer if the spray pump is wet or has recently been wet. If this should occur leave sprayer to dry before use.
5. Only use the supplied charger to charge the battery, other chargers while the fittings may be the same do not have the same charging capabilities.
Assembly Instructions
1. Assemble the Spray Wand
2. Assemble the shoulder straps
a. Run the strap around the Strap Fastener and back through the ring. b. Clip the strap onto the hole on the side of sprayer c. Adjust the length of the straps to suit
3. Install the battery into the unit, plugging the two leads together securely before closing the hatch. NOTE: The battery will need a full charge before using the first time, it will take approximately
3.5hrs.

Instructions:
1. Fill the chemical tank with the correct mixture according to the chemical that you are using. The tank has a 20L capacity; do not overfill according to the indicator levels on the side of the unit.
2. Apply cap to chemical tank to prevent air leakage.
3. Ensure battery is placed in the unit and connected.
4. Place unit on back and tighten straps.
5. Toggle switch to either Low Pressure or High Pressure pumping
a. Use low pressure for herbicides, weed control and disinfectants b. Use high pressure for wettable powders, pests and sterilisation
6. Squeeze the trigger to begin pumping the chemical
7. For a continuous spray use the clasp to hold the trigger permanently in.
After Use:
1. Once finished with the spray unit turn off the unit by moving the toggle switch to the centre spot.
NOTE: We recommend flushing the unit with fresh water after each use
2. Empty the chemical tank and clean out with fresh water.
3. Run the pump and hold the trigger on for 2-3 minutes running fresh water through the unit to clean.
4. Disconnect the battery
NOTE: If storing for a long time (2-3 months +) the battery should be stored fully charged and we recommend that you connect to the charger every 3 months to ensure its longevity.
