The correct operation of the heaters requires the renewal of 1 m3/h new air per kW
of heating installed. This air renewal is additional to that required by the animals.

Open the main valve.
Set the G6A-G10A MAXI gas regulators to 10, MINI to :
- for all types of heater except 216FA.
- for 216FA.
Switch on the installation power supply.
Adjust the VisioLon Elv-T set-point to the temperature required for the
animals.
Ignition of the heaters is automatically controlled by the VisioLon Elv-T.

4. SHUT-OFF OF HEATERS :
Close the main gas valve.
Switch off the installation power supply.
5. MAINTENANCE :
ONCE A WEEK (or more frequently if the flame becomes blue):
- remove the filter box.
- remove the dust from the filter media.

CLEAN THE HEATER ONCE A YEAR (or more often if the flame becomes blue):
- remove the injector block.
- clear the injector using a soft wire.
- blow compressed air inside the burner body.

A U T O M A T I C R E G U L A T I O N
VisioLon Elv-T module and G6A or G10A gas regulation
IGNITION: Open the main valve.
Set MAXI gas regulator to 10, MINI to:
- for all types of heater except 216FA.
- for 216FA.
Switch on the power supply.
Adjust the VisioLon Elv-T set-point to the temperature required for the animals.
Ignition of the heaters is automatically controlled by the VisioLon Elv-T.
SHUTTING DOWN: Close the main valve.
Switch off the power supply.
CURRENT FAILURE: CASE No.1: Heaters operating at MINI.:
Adjust the operating pressure using the MINI gas regulator, to obtain
the temperature required for the animals.
CASE No.2: The heaters are off :
Set the MINI gas regulator to 10.
Open the main valve.
Press the push-button while applying a flame to the surface of
the ceramic plaques. Continue to press the push-button for 30
seconds.
Regulate heater power by adjusting the MINI gas regulator.
When switching on the power again, adjust the MINI gas
regulator to 1.
MAINTENANCE:
CLEAN THE FILTER ONCE A WEEK
(or more frequently if the flame becomes blue)
- remove the filter box.
- remove the dust from the filter media.
CLEAN THE HEATER ONCE A YEAR
(or more frequently if the flame becomes blue)
- remove the injector block.
- clear the injector using soft copper wire.
- blow compressed air inside the burner body.
