You will rst need to connect your watch to your PC or Mac to charge and to set time. We highly recommend that you set the time stamp so that your recordings are accurately timed. You will need to download a le to set the timestamp for your recordings. Go to the same section, TECH SUPPORT tab, to get the time le. You will nd the latest manual and the time.txt le.

BEFORE YOU START - CHARGING & TIME
On the le side of your watch, unscrew the center knob. e USB port is here. Plug one end of the included USB cable into the port on your watch. is should go all the way into the watch. en, connect the other end to a USB port on your PC. PLEASE CONNECT
DIRECTLY to a USB port ON THE COMPUTER!! DO NOT USE A HUB.
In a few moments, your PC will automatically nd and install your watch. Your watch will appear as an External Device or Removable Disk.
is is how you will access your video, photo and audio les to save them to your PC. is is also how you charge your watch. But you can also charge your watch via a power outlet by using the included wall adapter.
Charging the rst time may take several hours. You may access your les during charging.
Now, download the les you will need to setup your product.

SETTING TIME STAMP
Now, use Windows Explorer (the le explorer, not the internet browser), or the Mac Finder to locate your watch. When you plugged it in, your computer automatically connected to it. In this example in Windows, the watch appears as REMOVABLE DISK F: Your removable disk letter might be dierent. Keep in mind what the location is for the next step.

Right-click on the TIME.TXT le and choose SAVE LINK AS or SAVE TARGET AS.
You are going to SAVE the TIME.TXT le to your watch. See photo for proper location. Do not change the le name, it must be TIME.TXT.

When complete, SAVE this le and exit your text editor. (Click FILE, then SAVE)
Aer SAVING, unplug your watch, turn on and do a test video (see next page for RECORDING VIDEO section). is should allow the time le to be ABSORBED and the time stamp adjusted. If your time stamp in the test video is not correct, please repeat steps.

KNOBS, Explained
ere are two knobs that are included with the watch. One is an audio knob with a hole in it to ensure that audio capture is clear. e other one is a standard knob that is intended to make the watch more weather resistant. Please be cognisant of these two knobs and use the appropriate knob before deployment.

RECORDING VIDEO
MODE & INFRA RED
Status Light
POWER ON: Turn unit on by pressing ON/OFF button and holding down until BLUE light turns on. Release button. Blue light will remain ON.
VIDEO RECORDING: Aer turning unit on, rmly press and release same button. Blue light will blink twice and turn o. You are now recording video. To stop video recordng rmly press and release same button (ON/OFF). Blue light will return. Repeat as necessary.
POWER OFF: Turn unit o by pressing ON/OFF button and holding down until BLUE light turns o Release button.
INFRA RED MODE: You can turn on the infrared illuminators to give you better vision in the
dark. Do the following:
- Aer turning unit on to standby (steady blue light), Press and HOLD the INFRA RED button until the indicator light starts to blink. Release. Light will blink THREE times and return to a steady BLUE/RED. You are now in infra red recording mode. To continue with video recording, rmly perss and rleease the VIDEO button. Light will blink quickly and go o. You are now recording video in INFRA RED mode. To stop recording pres POWER button and unit will return to BLUE/RED (infrared standby) mode. Repeat as necessary.

PROPER WAY TO HOLD WATCH TO RECORD VIDEO: Turn your wrist to face the camera
towards your subject. e camera should be located at the top when your wrist is turned. is position will record the image properly. (as usual do a few test recordings to familiarize yourself with the device!)

TURN On unit to standby position (steady blue light).
FIRMLY press and release MODE button TWICE, SLOWLY. Indicator light will now be STEADY RED. You are now in CAMERA mode.
PRESS AND RELEASE POWER button. RED light will blink once. You just took a picture! Repeat as necessary

You must be in Stand By Mode rst before you can switch to another mode. If you are not
sure what mode you are in, simply turn unit o and start over.
TURN UNIT ON to standby mode
(THERE MUST BE TOTAL SILENCE to set this mode!) Press MODE button ONCE and release, THEN again and release Now press POWER button and release. You should now see a faint steady BLUE/RED light. Unit is now in voice activation mode. Set watch where you want. As soon as voice is detected, the indicator light will blink quickly and turn o. Unit is now recording. IMPORTANT: Once unit begins recording, it will continue until you manually stop video recording. You do that by pressing the POWER button once, which will return unit back to VOICE ACTIVATED STANDBY MODE (steady BLUE/RED light). it will not go back into standby mode when silence returns. You will need to return it to Voice activated standby mode.
To return unit to regular standby (STEADY BLUE) press the MODE button once (from voice activated standby mode) and indicator light should return to STEADY BLUE light.

RETRIEVING YOUR FILES
To view your videos and photos, we recommend that you copy them to your PC rst. You may play them on directly from your watch, however the play may not be smooth.
Make sure your watch is OFF. en connect the USB cable to it as noted earlier in the manual. Connect the other end to your PC. Aer a few moments, you can access the les on your watch.
Please COPY your les to your PC for best playback.

You may go into the folders noted above to view and copy your les.
You may also delete les from these folders.
NOTE: Mac users must empty their trash before disconnecting your watch aer deleting les.

Your Windows PC or Mac has built-in soware that will play most of the les created by devices like yours. However, if you are having problems playing your les, or need more options, please download and try these programs.

As with ANY les you download from the internet, be sure to scan them for viruses using your particular virus scanner. While most users report no issues using this soware, we can not be responsible for any damage caused by this soware. Please proceed carefully. Back up your PC before installing any new soware.

Please go to this link, and choose the download for your version of Windows. Please note: Movie Maker is part of the Windows Essentials package.
