BEFORE YOUR FIRST USE
Please charge fully before use. You may charge via your PC or the adapater that may have been included with your device. Do not use other adapters, as they may damange your device. Please charge fully before use. Set Master Switch E to OFF. Plug in USB cable to device, then connnect to your PC. Device will vibrate when it connects to your PC. Please charge for several hours.
1. Set Master Switch E to OFF.
2. Plug USB cable into device rst.
3. Plus other end of USB directly into your PC. Note: USB hubs may cause your device to not work properly, so always use a direct USB port when charging or accessing your device.
4. Device will vibrate when connected to your PC. Please charge for several hours before rst use.
DOWNLOAD THIS FILE
You do not need any drivers to use this product with your Windows PC or Mac. It will appear as a normal external drive when plugged in using standard drivers already on your machine. On our site, in the Tech Support section of the product page, please download the following le: time.txt Keep that le handy for the next step.
SETTING THE TIME AND DATE
1. Open the TIME.TXT le you downloaded from our website. is is found on the product page for your device, in the TECH SUPPORT section. Open this le using a standard text editor, such as NOTEPAD in Windows or TEXTEDIT on Mac OS X.
2. e DATE and TIME is in the following format and must t this format exactly to work properly: YR/MO/DA 23:59:59 at is the YEAR in 2 digits, SLASH, the MONTH in 2 digits, SLASH, the DAY in 2 digits, SPACE, then the HOUR in 24 hour clock, COLON, MINUTES, COLON, SECONDS. For example, 1:15pm on December 31, 2012 would be 2012/12/31 13:15:00 Please note the SPACE in between the date and time.
3. SAVE this le.
4. Plug the USB cable into your device rst.
5. Plug the other end of the USB cable directly into your PC.
6. Please allow a few moments for your PC to recognize your device. Windows may install standard drivers for your device to work properly the rst time you connect. is is normal.
7. In MY COMPUTER (Windows) or FINDER (Mac) your device now appears as an external drive, such as E: or F. Open that drive. Inside you may already see a folder named DCIM. is is normal.
8. COPY your le TIME.TXT from your PC, and PASTE it into your device drive. Do not paste it into the DCIM folder.
9. e next time you use your device, it will start using the time you have set in the TIME.TXT le. If it does not show the correct time, please repeat the above steps.
10. Please always EJECT your device properly from Windows and Mac before disconnecting from your PC. Right-click on the Drive Letter (E or F, etc) and choose EJECT. Please wait until your PC noties you that it is safe to remove the device before unplugging it.

QUICK INSTRUCTIONS
Please charge fully before use. Set Master Switch E to OFF. Plug in USB cable to device, then connnect to your PC. Device will vibrate when it connects to your PC. Please charge for several hours.
RECORD VIDEO
1. Set B switch to Video Mode. Push B switch DOWN, towards USB.
2. Set Master Switch E to ON. Push E UP, away from USB.
3. Push A button for 2 seconds. Device will vibrate. It is now ready to shoot video.
4. To start recording, push C button. Device will vibrate 3 times. It is now recording.
5. To stop recording, push C button again. Device will vibrate 1 time. It is now paused.
6. To record again, push C button.
7. To turn o device, hold A button until device vibrates. It is now o.
TAKE PHOTOS
1. Set B switch to Photo Mode. Push B switch UP, away from USB.
2. Set Master Switch E to ON. Push E UP, away from USB.
3. To take photo, push A button. Device will vibrate 2 times. It is then ready to take another photo.
4. To turn o device, hold A button until device vibrates. It is now o.
IR (NIGHT VISION) MODE
1. In Photo or Video mode, activate IR MODE by holding the D button for 3 seconds. Device will vibrate 1 time. IR MODE is now ON.
2. To turn o IR MODE, press D button for 3 seconds. Device will vibrate 2 times. IR MODE is now OFF.
MOTION / VOICE ACTIVATION MODE
1. In Photo or Video mode, quickly press the D button. Device will vibrate several times quickly. Motion / Voice Activation Mode is now ON.
2. To turn o Motion / Voice Activation Mode, quickly press the D button again. Device will vibrate 1 time. Mode is now OFF.

RETREIVE YOUR VIDEO AND PHOTOS
1. Turn the device OFF using the A button. Device will vibrate 3 times.
2. Set the Master Switch E to the O position. Push DOWN towards the USB connector.
3. Connect your USB cable to the device.
4. Connect the other end of the USB cable to your PC.
5. e device will appear as a drive. ere may be a short delay as your PC recognizes the device and it may install standard drivers to access your device. is is normal.
6. Your les are located inside the DCIM folder.
7. COPY or MOVE these les from the device to a folder on your PC.
DELETE FILES on WINDOWS
1. Highlight the les on the device, and Delete normally.
DELETE FILES on MAC OSX
1. Note! Deleted les will remain on your device until you empty your trash can. To avoid emptying your trash can, MOVE your les from the device, rather than COPY.
2. To delete, highlight the les to be removed, and Delete as normal.
3. BEFORE removing device, EMPTY your trash can. Note: this will remove those les, and all les you have in your Trash Can. Mac users must empty trash before removing device.

RECOMMENDED SOFTWARE
Your Windows PC or Mac has built-in soware that will play most of the les created by devices like yours. However, if you are having problems playing your les, please download and try these programs. ese programs are free, open-source, and highly recommended by professionals and users of Windows and Mac computers. You can nd support and tutorials for these programs on their respective websites.
As with ANY les you download from the internet, be sure to scan them for viruses using your particular virus scanner. While most users report no issues using this soware, we can not be responsible for any damages caused by this soware. Please proceed carefully. Back up your PC before installing any new soware.
VIDEO PLAYBACK - VLC (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html) e VLC Media Player can play almost any video or audio le type. ere is a version for Windows and for Mac OS X.
AUDIO PLAYBACK and EDITING - AUDACITY (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/) Audacity is a popular audio editing program used by amateurs and professionals to edit simple and complex audio projects. You can use Audacity to convert your audio les to another format, such as MP3. ere is a version for Windows and Mac OS X.
