Termostat Saswell SAS918WHB-0-RF je brezžični dnevni termostat za upravljanje ogrevalnih sistemov kot so recimo
bojlerji, peči na olje ali plin, aktuatorji talnega ogrevanja ali radiatorjev, obtočnih črpalk, toplotnih črpalk. Komplet je

sestavljen iz dveh enot in sicer iz termostata (sobne enote) SAS918WHB-0-DF ter sprejemne enote SAS2010DE.

Termostat je izjemno preprost za uporabo in zaradi svoje prenosljivosti omogoča namestitev na steno ali na priloženo
stojalo. Naprava omogoča nastavitev dnevne, nočne ali začasne temperature in mnogo ostalih nastavitev, ki Vam
omogoča nastavitev delovanja po vaših željah (histereza, korekcija temperature, …)

Za pomoč si lahko tudi ogledate video navodila na portalu Youtube – S en C on trols.

Pred prvo uporabo pozorno preberite navodila za uporabo ne samo termostata, ampak tudi peči ali klimatske naprave.

• Pred inštalacijo termostata izklopite dovod električnega toka! • Priporočamo, da inštalacijo opravi kvalificiran delavec!

• Električni krog mora biti zavarovan z varovalko, ki ne presega tokovne obremenitve ožičenja • Pri montaži upoštevajte
vse varnostne predpise • Izdelka ne izpostavljajte neposredni sončni svetlobi, ekstremnemu mrazu, vlagi in naglim

spremembam temperature. To bi znižalo natan čnost merjenja temperature • Izdelka ne nameščajte na mesta, ki so
nagnjena k vibracijam in pretresom – to lahko povzroči poškodbe • Izdelka ne izpostavljajte prekomernemu tlaku,

Namestitev termostata

Pred namestitvijo v termostat vložite dve alkalni AA LR6 1.5V priloženi bateriji. To storite tako, da na hrbtni strani

termostata odstranite pokrovček baterij na vsaki strani (z drsanjem), pravilno vstavite bateriji in nato vstavite pokrovčke

nazaj.

Termostat je tako pripravljen za uporabo. Termostat lahko namestite v priročno (priloženo) namizno stojalo ali na
steno.

V katerem koli primeru postavitve bodite pozorni, da termostat ne postavite v bližino vira vročega ali hladnega zraka,
sijanju sonca, prepihu, da je oddaljen vsaj 30cm od kovinskih delov in vsaj 1 meter od ostalih elektronskih naprav.

Če ga montirate na steno, je najbolj optimalna višina montaže na višini 150cm od tal, vsaj 20cm stran od vrat, oken,
omar in podobno ter da je nameščen notranji steni.

Če ne upoštevate teh priporočil, se zna zgoditi, da termostat ne bo deloval pravilno. Ali zaradi motenj signala (električni
viri, železni deli, …) ali zaradi napačnega branja temperature (prepihi, sonce, prehladno ali prevroče mesto

postavitve,…).

Začetek uporabe

Termostat je izjemno preprost za uporabo. Ko je termostat vklopljen bi morali imeti na ekranu prikazano trenutno
temperaturo prostora in ostale podatke, kot so nastavljena temperatura in trenutni izbrani re žim ogr evanja.

Napravi termostata in sprejemnika sta privzeto povezani (sparjeni). Če nista, opravite postopek brezžične povezave
naprav v nadaljevanju.

Vklop in izklop termostata

Termostat izklopite z daljšim (3 sek.) držanjem na sredinsko tipko meni . Ko je termostat izklopljen, je izklopljen tudi
ekran. S tem se tudi onemogoči delovanje ogrevanja. Termostat vklopite s kratkim pritiskom na sredinsko tipko .

Nastavitev željene začasne temperature

Če trenutno ne želite uporabljati dnevnega ali nočnega režima ogrevanja, si lahko preprosto s pritiskom na tipko + ali –
nastavite začasno temperaturo ogrevanja. Le ta vam ostane do nadaljnje spremembe temperature ali samega režima.

S tem se tudi prekliče trenutni izbrani dnevi oz. nočni način.

Sprememba ogrevalnega režima (dnevni in nočni)

S kratkim pritiskom na sredinsko tipko meni spreminjate trenuten režim ogrevanja. Ob pritisku se vam tudi spreminja

prikaz na ekranu in sicer če izberete dnevni režim, se vam prikaže na ekranu simbol sonca ali če imate izbran nočni
način, se vam prikaže simbol lune .

Temperatu re dn evn ega oz. nočnega režima nastavite v naprednih nastavitvah termostata.

Zaklep termostata

Zaradi varnosti in onemogočanja sprememb na termostatu, ga lahko preprosto zaklenete. To storite tako, da hkrati
držite tipki + in – za 3 sekunde. Na ekranu se prikaže simbol ključavnice . Termostat odklenete z istim postopkom.

Napredne nastavitve termostata

V naprednih nastavitvah termostata nastavite omejitve temperatur ogrevanja, temperature režimov ogrevanja,
histerezo, itn. Opisi nastavitev so v tabeli.

Za dostop do naprednih na st avi tev ter m ostata izklopite termostat z daljšim (3 sek.) pritiskom na srednjo tipko meni .
Ko je termostat izklopljen držite dalj (3 sek.) časa srednjo tipko meni . Na ekranu se prikaže prva trenutno
nastavljena vrednost in spodaj št. 1.

Korekcija pri kaza sobne temper ature - V primeru odstop anja dejanske

zaslonu, imate možnost da prilagoditve prikaza temperature. Nastavitve za
5 stopinj + al i 5 stopinj -. Npr. Tem perature v prost oru 20.0°C, term ostat

prikazuje 21.0°C. Izberite vrednost -1.

Način krmiljenja ogrevalnega sistema – HP: Konstantna temperatura.

Termostat upošteva histerezo – temperaturni razpon npr. 0.5°C. Npr.
nastavljeno imate temperaturo ogrevanja na 22.0°C in razpon na 0.5°C.

Ogrevalni sistem začne delovati, ko temperatura v prostoru pade na 21.5°C

in se izklopi, ko temperatura doseže 22.5°C.

vklopa v zadnjih 24 ur ah.

Opis ostalih funkcij in delovanja

Povezava (parjenje) t ermostata ter sprejemnika in test komun ik aci j e

Napravi sta privzeto že povezani. Če se zgodi da povezava ni aktivna, opravite postopek parjenja.
Postopek: Preberite navodila za parjenje v navodilih sprejemnika. Vzpostavite sprejemnik v način parjenja. Izklopite
termostat, da se prikaz ekrana izklopi. Sedaj držite 3 sekunde srednjo tipko meni in tipko -. Na ekranu se najprej
izpiše "–". Ko se napravi sparita, se na ekranu prikaže "1". Postopek je končan. Obe napravi vklopite.

Sedaj lahko opravite test komunikacije tako, da na termostatu povišate in znižate temperaturo ogrevanja – sprejemnik
bi moral komunikacijo potrditi z utripanjem in vklopom oz. izklopom ogrevanja.

Zaščita proti zmrzovanju se avtomatsko vključi, ko temperatura prostora pade pod 5°C, tedaj poda termostat
sprejemniku ukaz, da vključi črpalko oz. sproži način ogrevanja dokler le ta ne dos e že tempe ra ture 8°C.

Opozori lo za sla bo baterij o

Ob začetku uporabe termostata vedno vstavite uporabite nove alkalne in ne polnilne baterije. Ko se pojavi simbol za
zamenjavo baterij, bodo le te delovale še v povprečju 30 dni. Sama življenjska doba baterij je odvisna od pogostosti
uporabe termostata in same kvalitete baterij. V primeru, da termostata ne boste uporabljali dalj časa, Vam
priporočamo, da odstranite baterije iz termostata. Tako preprečite možnost poškodbo naprave v primeru izlitja

baterijskeg a vlo žka al i zgol j pod al jšate življenjsk o dob o bat eri j.

The Saswell SAS918WHB-0-RF Thermostat is a wireless daily thermostat for managing heating systems, such as
boilers, oil or gas furnaces, floor heating actuators or radiators, circulation pumps, heat pumps. The kit consists of two
units: the thermostat (room unit) SAS918WHB-0-DF and the receiver unit SAS2010DE.

The thermostat is extremely easy to use and because of its portability, it can be placed on the wall or on the attached
stand. The device allows you to set the daily, night or temporary temperature and many other settings that allow you to
set the operation to your liking (hysteresis, temperature correction ...).

Thermostat installation

Before thermostat installation, insert two new alkaline AA LR6 1.5V batteries in the battery sockets on the side. For
help, see the picture below. After battery installation, the thermostat is ready for use.

You can install the thermostat on a wall or on a stand, which came with the package you bought.

In any case of the thermostat installation (on wall or portable), be careful not put it near sources of hot or cold air, direct
sunlight, draught or other types of temperature influences. Also, make sure that the thermostat is placed at least 30cm
away from metal parts and 1 meter from other electrical devices.
If you mount the thermostat on a wall, the most optimum height for mounting is 150cm and at least 20cm away from
the door, windows, cupboards and similar objects. Also, install the thermostat on the inside wall of the house.

If you don’t follow these recommendations, it can happen that the thermostat will not function correctly. Because of
signal interference (electrical sources, metal parts, ...) or due to incorrect reading of the temperature (drafts, sun, cold
or the hot spot, ...).

Getting started

The thermostat is very easy to use. When the thermostat is turned on display should show the current data – current
room temperature, set temperature, heating mode, …

The thermostat and the receiver are paired by defaul t. If that’ s not th e ca se, do the pairing process , des cri b ed in the
instructions.

Turning the Thermostat ON and OFF

You can turn off the thermostat by holding (3 seconds) the middle menu button . When the thermostat is turned OFF,
the screen is turned off also. You can turn ON the thermostat by short pressing the middle menu button .

Setting the desired temporary temperature

If you don’t want to use the day or night mode temperature, you can easily set your temporary temperature by pressing
the + or – buttons. The desired temperature starts to blink on the bottom of the screen and a hand symbol shows on
the top right. This mode stays active until you change to a day or night mode.

Changin g th e heating mo de – Day or Night

With a short press on a middle me nu b utton you can change the heating modes – day comfort mode or night eco
mode. If you select the day mode, you’ll be using your higher set temperature and a sun symbol will show on the
bottom left of the screen. If you select the night mode, you’ll be using the lower set temperature and a moon symbol

will show on the bottom right of the screen.
You can set the temperatures for day or night modes in the advanced settings of the thermostat.

Thermostat key lock

For safety reasons you can lock the keypad and by that you disable any future changes on the thermostat. That option
can be activated b y holdi ng buttons + and – for 3 seconds. On the bottom left of the screen, a lock key will show .

You can unlock the thermostat by repeating the process – hold the + and – button for 3 seconds.

Advanced thermostat settings

You can set the temperature limits, heating mode temperatures, hysteresis, etc. Description
To access advanced thermostat settings, you have to turn the thermostat off, by holding the middle menu button for 3
seconds. When the thermostat is OFF and the display is not showing anything, you have to hold the middle menu
button for 3 seconds. Now, the display should turn on and you should see the first set value and on the bottom of the
screen a number “1”, which lets you know, that you’re changing the settings for the first step (check the table below).
You change the settings by pressing + or – and move to the next setting by pressing the middle menu button. Any
changes made are automatically saved if you don’t press anything for 8 seconds.

Heating s ystem c o ntro l – HP: Consta nt tem p er ature. The therm o s ta t takes

into account the h yst ere sis – the temperature range, e.g. 0.5°C.
For example, you have a heating temperature of 22.0°C and a range of 0.5°C.
The heating system starts t o operate when the room temperature drops to

21.5 °C and switches off when the temperature reaches 22.5 °C.
Pi: PWM module - thermostat maintains temperature with minimum

temperature ranges. Used in underfloor heating.

Connecting the thermostat and the rece i ver (pai ring)

The devices are paired by default. If it occurs that the connection is not active, repeat the pairing procedure.
Procedure: Read the instruction for pairing in the receiver user manual. Put the receiver in to pairing mode. Turn off the
thermostat until the display is turne d off . Now hold the middle menu button AND - button for 3 seconds. The screen
should show “-“, which means the thermostat is waiting to be paired. The devices should now automatically pair and
the thermostat di splay should show “1”. Procedure is now finished. Turn both of the devices back on.

Preform the communication test by increasing and decreasing the set temperature on the thermostat. The receiver
should confirm the communication by blinking LED lights and turning on and off the heating.

Anti-freeze protection

The function makes sure, that when the room temperature falls below 5°C, the thermostat sends an order to the
receiver to turn on the heating (turn on the boiler, pump,…) and it stays on until the room temper atu re re aches 8°C.

Low battery warning

Always insert new alkaline and non-rechargeable batteries when using the thermostat. When the battery replacement
symbol appears, the thermostat will only work for an average of 30 days. The battery life itself depends on the use
frequency of the thermostat and the quality of the batteries themselves. In case you do not use the thermostat for a
long time, we recommend that you remove the batteries from the thermostat. This prevents damage to the device if the
battery is leaking or simply extends the life of the batteries.
