INTRODUCTION
Dear customer,
congratulations on purchasing this SARO WOW GRILL!
Saro‘s WOW GRILLs are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel. Each grill is equipped with one, two or
three heating zones. Every heating zone consists of 18 square stainless steel tubes. Each tube contains an
independent heating element.
This kind of construction oers unique energy eciency and guarantees a consistent temperature
throughout the whole cooking area. Temperatures up to 320 °C are achieved in no time.
With it‘s innovative and functional design, the WOW GRILL oers a unique solution to your needs.
The grill is easy to setup and simple to use.
Please read the following information and instructions carefully before operating the grill.
We hope you enjoy your new WOW GRILL and that it will give you many years of grilling pleasure!

BASIC INFORMATION
• Before rst use clean the grill thoroughly.
• Keep this instruction manual handy nearby for future reference.
• The manufacturer or dealer can not be held responsible for damages, caused from disregarding this
manual. Aside from that the safety of this appliance is not guaranteed anymore.
• When passing on / selling this appliance to a third party, the manuals must be handed over along
with the appliance.
• After unpacking the WOW GRILL, make sure that all items, mentioned earlier, are included and
everything is in perfect condition. If you discover any damages, do not install the appliance, but
contact your dealer.
• Keep the packaging for future use. Only in its original packaging, the item can be transported
securely.
• Remove packaging materials, because playing children could cut on it. Plastic bags must be kept out
of reach of children.
• If storage of the packaging is not possible, please separate plastic and paper/cardboard. These
materials should be disposed responsibly and in conformity with government regulations
• Due to hygienic issues, the grill should be cleaned at least on a daily basis, but also each and every
time after the grill has been used, during a day.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Read this manual carefully and operate with care.
• Wrong use may cause damages to the appliance and can cause severe injuries to the operator.
• Always stick to the accident prevention and safety regulations and general safety regulations valid for
your working environment.
• Never operate the device unattended!
• Inside, only use the device under an extractor hood.
• Always care for enough fresh air when using this device.
• Make sure the device is always placed on a stable, at, dry, heat resistant and slip-free surface.
• Don‘t move the device during operation.
• Don‘t put the device on a hot surface.
• Avoid letting the power cord rub against any sharp edges.
• Avoid the power cords lying across any high trac areas where people might trip over them.
• Regularly check the power cord. If the power cord has been damaged it has to be replaced by
professional and qualied personnel only.
• Never leave the device stay unattended during operation. Take special care if children are present.
Children do not know the danger of electric devices nor the danger of appliances that get hot.
• Protect the device from moisture.
• Don‘t operate the device outdoors, when it is raining!
• Do not use a water jet, spray or splash water to clean the device!
• If necessary contact a person who is authorised to repair the device.
• This device must only be operated by persons who are trained accordingly.
• This device must not be operated by children and persons who are not able to operate the device
safely due to their physical, sensory or mental abilities or their inexperience or lack of knowledge.
• Disconnect the power supply before any cleaning or maintenance works to avoid electric shock.
• Disconnect the power supply if the device is not being used for a longer period of time.
• To disconnect the device from the power source remove the power plug from the power socket or
switch o or turn out the according fuse.
• Only use the device for what it is intended to be used for, like grilling sch, meat or vegetables.
• Always only use the original parts to operate the device.
• Never round the cable around the device, the device might still be hot!
• In case of a failure or malfunction switch o the device and disconnect the power supply. Contact
your dealer, he will repair the device using original spare parts and items.

CONNECTION
Prior to installing the device check that the supply voltage is in accordance with the working voltage of
the device! Please check identication plate on back of device.
Does the appliance come with a power plug, just put the power plug into a convenient mains socket
Does the appliance not come with a power plug, the installation of this device should be done by
professional and qualied personnel only!
WARNING: RISK OF FIRE!
• Do not place the appliance in striking distance of inammable materials or liquids! Sucient space
must be kept to all sides at all time!
WARNING: RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK!
• Make sure that the power cord is free from any damages.
• A damaged appliance must not be operated! In this case contact your dealer!
• Prior to installing the device check that the supply voltage is in accordance with the working
voltage of the device! Please check identication plate on back of device.
• As appropriate the installation should only be done by a professional.
• Do not use any adapters or extension cords!

OPERATION
When using the WOW GRILL inside, it has to be operated under an extractor hood , to ensure sucient
fume outlet.
The WOW GRILL has up to three heating areas. The temperature of each area can be adjusted using the
related thermostat. Temperatures can be set from 50 °C to 320 °C.
The heating areas are activated by turning the thermostat and setting a temperature. A green indicator
lamp lights up and indicates, that the heating area is active. A red indicator lamp shows that the heating
area is being heated up.
After reaching the temperature the thermostat will automatically switch o the power supply for the
corresponding area. The red indicator lamp goes out. If the temperature drops 5 °C under the selected
temperature, the power supply will be switched on again.As a result of this, energy is saved and a
constant temperature and operation is guaranteed.
The food to be grilled will be placed directly onto the heating areas. To achieve an nonstick eect, the
heating elements can be moisturized by rubbing it with an oil soaked paper towel.
A 5cm high drawer is located underneath the heating areas, to collect crumbs and escaping fat. The
drawer can easily be removed for cleaning purposes.
The heating areas can be switched of by turning the thermostat to 0. Both indicator lamps will go out.
WARNING: HOT SURFACE! RISK OF BURNING!
• Grill components get very hot during operation and can start res! Any contact can result in serious
burns!
WARNING: RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK!
• Never touch the device, the cable or the plug with wet or damp hands.
• The device must not be dipped into water or any other liquids. If the device drops into the water
pull the plug immediately and have the device checked by a professional before the next use.
Doing this might cause an electrical shock!

MAINTENANCE
Maintenance work should only be done by the manufacturer, his maintenance department or similar
professional personnel!
WARNING: RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK!
• A damaged device must not be operated! In this case disconnect the device from the power grid
and contact your dealer!
• Never try to open or even repair the device on your own. - Danger to life!
CLEANING
Due to the special design and the unique construction, the WOW GRILL is very easy to clean.
During grilling you can clean the grillage by using a soft brass wire brush or a Scoth-Brite griddle cleaner.
Warning! The grillage is hot!
Prior to cleaning the grill, disconnect the device from the power grid. After grilling remove any remains
from the grillage using the supplied scrapers. After that reduce the temperature to 80°C and clean the
grillage with a soft brass wire brush or a Scoth-Brite griddle cleaner, that has been soaked in water, if
necessary.
Warning! The grillage is hot during and after use!
Escaping fat and remains of grilled food are being collected in the drawer beneath the grillage. These can
easily be removed, cleaned and emptied out.
When cleaning the grill, make sure not to damage the thermostat sensors beneath the grillage.
RECYCLING AND DISPOSAL INFORMATION
According to the European WEEE directive, electrical and electronic devices must not
be disposed with consumer waste.
It’s components must be recycled or disposed apart from each other. Otherwise
contaminative and hazardous substances can pollute our environment.
You as consumer are committed by law to dispose electrical and electronic devices to
public collecting points.
