SUPER BRIGHT PICTURE
SANYO's new optical system ensures the
PLC-XP10NA of an actual screen brightness
of 1900 ANSI lumens - or greater - on all
parts of the screen. This means that the
picture is uniformly clear right out to the
edges, even with large screens.
The unit uses a newly developed 150-watt
Ultra High Power (UHP) lamp that offers
exceptional brightness while consuming
significantly less power.
The PLC-XP10NA also features a
revolutionary Micro Lens Array technology
and prism system, which recycles light
energy that is wasted as heat in other conventional projectors.
Since its optical system delivers an incredible 1900 ANSI
lumens, the PLC-XP10NA can be used in virtually any situation
without dimming the room lights.

this new ultraefficient lamp
offers low power
consumption, low heat
production, and produces an
extremely consistent
brightness.
POLARIZED BEAM SPLITTER (PBS) OPTICAL SYSTEM
This cutting-edge technology combines all P-wave and S-wave
light emitted from the projection lamp. This allows more effective
use of the S-wave light, resulting in a beam that is twice as bright
as that of conventional projectors.
MICRO LENS
Each individual pixel on the three
panel 1024 x 768-dot 1.3" polysilicon
TFT LCD panels has a Micro Lens
integrated into it to increase overall
light concentrating efficiency. This
lets more light through to the LCD
panels from the UHP lamp, resulting
in significantly brighter images.
HIGH-QUALITY, NONREFLECTIVE
PROJECTION LENS
The high-quality, nonreflective lens
lets you focus over a wider range than
traditional projectors, while maintaining an
extremely high level of brightness, contrast,
and clarity.
ONE-BUTTON AUTO IMAGING SETUP*
Offering plug-and-play convenience, the PLC-XP10NA
automatically recognizes the signal coming from the computer
and selects the proper settings. There is no complicated setup, so
it's easy to get perfect results every time.
Operating the PLC-XP10NA is as simple as making the
connections, turning on the connective inputs, and beginning the
presentation. Its auto-lock frequency synchronization makes it
compatible with most XGA, SXGA and electronic workstations
(EWS), while the Auto Set feature automatically sets the fine
synchronization, total dot adjustment, and positioning.

XGA AND COMPRESSED SXGA COMPATIBLE WITH
HIGH-RESOLUTION IMAGES
The PLC-XP10NA incorporates three 1024 x 768-dot 1.3"
polysilicon LCD panels that offer compatibility with the popular
XGA system of notebook computers. Through SANYO's
proprietary Digital Realized Interpolation Technology (DRIT), it is
also compatible with a 1280 x 1024-dot SXGA system.

INTERNATIONAL COMPATIBILITY
Business today is being done on an increasingly global basis.
To accommodate this, the PLC-XP10NA offers a variety of
features that make it perfect for international use.
It has both 100-120 and 200-240 AC 50/60Hz capabilities,
making it ideal for use practically anywhere in the world. A
special auto-select feature automatically adjusts to the correct
voltage as soon as the unit is turned on.
Menus can be displayed in
a variety of languages so it
can be easily operated by
virtually anyone.
It works with the

NTSC-4.43.
DIGITAL ZOOM
Its digital zoom function
magnifies specific sections of an image up to 16 times in 0.4x
steps. Unique SANYO technology eliminates jagged edges on
small letters and lines, so that even highly magnified images
appear crisp and clear. This handy zoom feature makes any
presentation bigger and clearer than ever.
WIRELESS REMOTE CONTROL WITH
MOUSE FUNCTION
The wireless remote control also functions as a mouse,
complete with moving cursor and clicks. This helps produce
smooth, professional presentations. Volume, contrast, brightness,
and screen size can all be easily controlled as the presenter
moves freely about.
ON-SCREEN GRAPHIC USER INTERFACE (GUI) MENUS
On-screen GUI menus make it easy for the user to control and
adjust different functions and modes. The following chart shows
the on-screen GUI menus that are included.
ALWAYS THE PERFECT SIZE
The size of the PLC-XP10NA's projection image can be adjusted
to suit the size of the meeting room. Even at a short distance of
4.6 feet, it projects a bold 30" (diagonal) image. At its maximum
61.4' distance, it produces an amazingly large 400" (diagonal)
image. Power zoom (1:1.3) and power focus features allow the
user to really focus on crucial information.
Two built-in 2W stereo speakers complete the unit's dynamic
audio/video capabilities.

THE TRUE MULTISOURCE PROJECTOR
Since it is compatible with the five most common color
systems used around the world, the PLC-XP10NA can be hooked
up to any source with PAL, PAL-M, SECAM, NTSC, or NTSC-4.43
format. Images can be
projected from a variety of AV
sources, including video
cassette recorder, laser disc,
DVD and video disc players,
satellite TV tuner, camcorder,
and digital still camera.
FREEZE FRAME FUNCTION
The unit is capable of capturing and freezing images from all
AV sources, including computers.
CEILING MOUNTABLE/
REAR-SCREEN PROJECTION
The reversible scan mode featured on the PLC-XP10NA allows
it to be suspended from the ceiling or set up behind a screen.
Graphics and text are flipped (top/bottom or right/left) at the
touch of a button, resulting in everything looking and reading
correctly.
