(a) Do not attempt to operate this oven with the door open since this can result in harmful exposure to microwave energy.It is important not to

(c) Do not operate the oven if it is damaged. IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE

1) WARNING: when the appliance is operated in the combination mode, children should only use the oven under adult supervision due to the temperatures generated;
2) WARNING: if the door or door seals are damaged, the oven must not be operated until it has been repaired by a competent person;
3) WARNING: it is hazardous for anyone other than a competent person to carry out any service or repair operation that involves the removal of a cover which gives protection against exposure to microwave energy;
4) WARNING: liquids and other foods must not be heated in sealed containers since they are liable to explode

8) when heating food in plastic or paper containers, keep an eye on the oven due to the

10) microwave heating of beverages can result in delayed eruptive boiling, therefore care must be taken when handling the container; 1 1) the contents of feeding bottles and baby food jars shall be stirred or shaken and the temperature checked before consumption, in order to avoid burns;
12) eggs in their shell and whole hard-boiled eggs should not be heated in microwave ovens since they may explode, even after microwave heating has ended;

14) the oven should be cleaned regularly and any food deposits removed;
15) failure to maintain the oven in a clean condition could lead to deterioration of the
surface that could adversely affect the life of the appliance and possibly result in a hazardous situation;
16) if the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

1. The oven must be on a leveled surface.
2. The turntable and turntable roller rest must be in the oven during cooking. Place the cookware gently on the turntable and handle it carefully to avoid possible breakage.
3. Incorrect use of browning dish may cause the turntable to break.
4. Use only the specified bag size when using Direct Access Popcorn.
5. The oven has several built-in safety switches to ensure that the power remains off when the door is open. Do not tamper with these switches.
6. Do not operate the microwave oven empty . Operating the oven with no food or food that is extremely low in moisture can cause fire, charring or sparking.
7. Do not cook bacon directly on the turntable. Excessive local heating of the turntable may cause the turntable to break.
8. Do not heat baby bottles or baby food in the microwave oven. Uneven heating may occur and could cause physical injury.
9. Do not heat narrow-necked containers, such as syrup bottles.
10. Do not attempt to deep-fry in your microwave oven.
11. Do not attempt home canning in this microwave oven as it is impossible to be sure all contents of the jar have reached boiling temperature.
12. Do not use this microwave oven for commercial purpose. This microwave oven is made for household use only.
13. To prevent delayed eruptive boiling of hot liquids and beverages or scalding yourself, stir liquid before placing the container in the oven and again halfway through cooking time. Let stand in the oven for a short time and stir again before removing the container.
14 .Please do notice the food in the microwave oven to avoid burning due to excessive cooking when cooking food in it.
15. When the appliance is operated in the combination mode, children should only use the oven under adult supervision due to the temperatures generated.
16. Failure to maintain the oven in a clean condition could lead to deterioration of the surface that could adversely affect the life of the appliance and possibly result in a hazardous situation.

1. Read all instructions before using the appliance.

3. As with most cooking appliances,close supervision is necessary to reduce the risk of a fire in the oven cavity.
If a fire should start:
1. Keep the oven door closed
2. Turn the oven off, and unplug the appliance.
3. Disconnect the power at the fuse or circuit breaker panel.
Keep in mind the following rules at all times:
1. Do not overcook food. Carefully attend the
appliance if paper,plastic,or other combus­ tible materials are placed inside the oven to facilitate cooking.
2. Do not use the oven cavity for storage pur­ poses. Do not store combustible items su­ ch as bread, cookies, paper products, etc. inside the oven. If lightning strikes the power line, the oven may turn on by itself.
3. Remove wire twist-ties and metal handles from paper or plastic containers/bags before placing them in the oven.
4. This oven must be grounded. Connect only to properly grounded outlet. See"GROUN-
DING INSTRUCTIONS".
5. Install or locate this oven only in accordance with the installation instructions provided.
6. Some products such as whole eggs, water with oil or fat, sealed containers and closed glass jars may
explode and therefore should not be heated in this oven.
7. Use this appliance only for its intended uses as described in the manual. Do not use corrosive chemicals or vapors in this appliance. This oven is specifically designed to heat or cook food. It is not designed for industrial or laboratory use.
8. As with any appliance, close supervision is necessary when used by children.
9. Do not operate this oven if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly or if it has been damaged or dropped.
10. This appliance should be serviced only by qualified service technicians. Contact the nearest authorized service facility for examination,repair or adjustment.
11. Do not cover or block any vents on the oven.
12. Do not store or use this appliance outdoors.
13. Do not use this oven near water,near a kitchen sink, in a wet basement or near a swimming pool.
14. Do not immerse cord or plug in water.
15. Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
16. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter.
17. When cleaning door and oven surfaces use only mild, nonabrasive soaps or detergents applied with a sponge or soft cloth.

Grounding Installation
This appliance must be grounded. In the event of an elec­trical short circuit, grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current. This appliance is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire with a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded.
Consult a qualified electrician or serviceman if the ground­ing instructions are not completely understood or if doubt exists as to whether the appliance is properly grounded. If it is necessary to use an extension cord , use only a 3 ­wire extension cord that has a 2-pronged plug with a grounding slot & 2 grounding plates .A 2-slot receptacle , with a grounding prong or grounding terminal(s), will accept the plug of the appliance.
1. A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the risks resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
2. If a long cord set or extension cord is used: 1)The marked electrical rating of the cord set or extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance. 2)The extension cord must be a grounding-type 3-wire cord, and 3)The long cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the counter top or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over unintentionally .

Tightly-closed containers could explode. Closed containers should be opened and plastic pouches pierced before cooking.
Utensils
See next page for further instructions “Materials you can use in microwave oven or to be avoided in micro­wave oven.”There may be certain nonmetallic utensils that are not safe to use for microwaving. If in doubt, you can test the utensil in question following the procedure below.
Utensil Test:
1. Fill a microwave-safe container with 1 cup of cold
water (250ml) along with the utensil in question.
2. Cook on maximum power for 1 minute.
3. Carefully feel the utensil. If the utensil is warm,
do not use it for microwave cooking.
4. Do not exceed 1 minute cooking time.

Utensils Remarks Aluminum foil Shielding only. Small smooth pieces can be used to cover thin parts of meat or poultry to prevent overcooking. Arcing can occur if foil is too close to oven walls. SETTING UP YOUR OVEN

Shuts off oven power if door is opened during operation.

Installation
Remove all packing material and accessories. Examine the oven for any damage such as dents or broken door. Do not install if oven is damaged.
Countertop
Cabinet: Remove any protective film found
on the cabinet surface.
Do not remove the light brown Mica cover that is screwed to the oven cavity to protect the magnetron.
Installation
1. Select a level surface that provide
enough open space for the intake and/or outlet vents.
A minimum clearance of 3.0 inch (7.5cm) is required between the oven and any adjacent wall.One side must be open. (1) Leave a minimum clearance of 12 inch(30cm) above the oven. (2) Do not remove the legs from the bottom of the oven.
(3) Blocking the intake and/or outlet openings can damage the oven. (4)Place the oven as far away from radios and TV as possible.Operation of microwave oven may cause interference to your radio or TV reception.
2. Plug your oven into a standard household
outlet. Be sure the voltage and the frequency is the same as the voltage and the frequency on the rating label.
WARNING: Do not install oven over a range cooktop or other heat-producing appliance. If installed could be damaged and the warranty would be void.

1. Operation and Function
1) Clock Setting
When the microwave oven is plugged into a wall outlet, the LED indication is "0:00". The input time should be within 0:00--23:59; Example: to set "12:12" . (1) Press the " Clock/Pre-Set " key, the hour figures flash, and the indicator for clock is lighted.
(2) Press the numeral pads of "1","2","1","2" in sequence;
(3) Press " Clock/Pre-Set " to finish clock setting;
Note: In the process of clock setting, if " Stop " is pressed or if there is no operation within 1 minute, the unit will go back to the previous status automatically.
2) Microwave Cooking
Select different microwave power level and set cooking time as you wish. There are five power levels available for choosing. Refer to Chart 1.The maximum microwave cooking time is 99 minutes and 99 seconds. Keep on pressing "Power Level" to choose the power wished.

Example: choose 50% power for cooking 10 minutes (1) Press " Power Level " thrice; (2) Press the numeral pads of "1" , "0", "0", "0" in consequence; (3) Press " Start/Speed Cook " to start cooking, timing counting down.
3) Speedy Cooking:
When the unit is in waiting state, the press on " Start/Speed Cook " can start cooking at 30 seconds with 100% microwave power. Each additional press will increase the cooking time by 30 seconds until the accrued time reaches 2 minutes or less. By then, each press will increase cooking time by 1 minute. Example: set 3 minutes speedy cooking: (1) Press " Start/Speed Cook " once; (2) Cooking begins; cooking time begins to countdown. (3) Press " Start/Speed Cook " again for 4 times
4) Defrost by Weight
Example: defrost a beef of 500g:
(1) Press " Defrost By Weight "; (2) Press "5", "0", "0", in sequence; (3) Press " Start/Speed Cook " to start defrosting.
5) Speedy Defrost
Example: defrost a beef of 500g
(1) Press " Speed Defrost "; (2) Press "5" "0" "0" in sequence; (3) Press " Start/Speed Cook " to start defrosting. Note: Time needed for defrosting under "Speedy Defrost" is less that "Defrost by Weight" for the food with the same weight.

The numeral pads 1–9 is matching with nine different subjects respectively;

8) Delay Start
Example: to start a cooking at 12:12.
(1) Set the cooking program wanted; (2) Press " Clock/Pre-Set " to display the current clock. The hour figures flash: (3) Press "1", "2", '1", '2"; (4) Press " Start/Speed Cook " to confirm the setting. The unit will turn back to the clock state. (5) Cooks begin when the time arrives. Note: (1) If the setting is not within the range 0:00–23:59, the setting will be invalid; (2) In the process of setting, if "STOP" is pressed or there is no operation within 1 minute, the unit will go back to the previous state automatically; (3) The clock must be set before the delay start cooking. If the pre-set cooking has not been programmed and only time to start cooking is set, the whole set will be regarded as an alarm clock setting and 5 "beep" will be sound when the pre-set time is reached.
9) Inquiring Function
(1) In one stage cooking state, press " Power Level ", the current microwave power will be displayed for 3 seconds. After three seconds, the oven will turn back to the former state; (2) In pre-set state, press " Clock/Pre-Set " to inquire the time for delay start cooking. The pre-set time will be flashing in the LCD for 2-3 seconds, then the oven will turn back to the clock display.
10). Fan Pro-longed Protection Function
If the cooking time is equal to or above 5 minutes, when the cooking ends, the microwave operation will be stopped automatically, while the fan will be still working for 15 seconds.
11). Lock-out Function for Children
Lock: In waiting state, press " STOP " for 3 seconds, there will be a long "beep" denoting entering into the children-lock state and LCD will display " ". Lock quitting: In locked state, press " STOP " for 3 seconds, there will be a long "beep" denoting that the lock is released.
12). Automatic Going Out Function
When the door is kept open, the oven light will be on and will go out automatically without any operation for 10 minutes.
13). Cooking End Reminding Function
When cooking ends, there will be 5 "beep" which is reminding the completion of cooking.
14). Display Specification
(1) In waiting state, LCD will display clock and " : " will flash. (2) In function setting state, LCD will display the related setting. (3) In the operation and suspending state, LCD will display the residual cooking time. (4) In the operation or suspending state or when the door is open, the flashing "Micro" indicator will be lighted and the restarting indicator will be flashing.

Trouble shooting
Radio and TV reception may be interfered when microwave oven is operation. It is similar to the interference of small electrical appliances , like mixer , vacuum cleaner,and electric fan.
It is normal.
Microwave oven interfering TV reception
Dim oven light
In low power microwave cooking , oven light may become dim . It is normal.
In cooking , seam may come out of food . Most will come out from vents . But some may accumulate on cool place like oven door . It is normal.
It does no damage to oven if it operates empty for quite short time . But it should be avoided.
Steam accumulating on door, hot air out of vents
Oven started accidentally with no food in .
