THERMOSTATIC VALVE EXTENSION ASSEMBLY

Valve body for assembly. Take out temperature dial regulator. Valve assembly without regulator.

Mark Thermostatic extension with a marker. Align
mark on the valve stem with mark on the brass
body & mark on the extension you just made.

Aligning these three marks in a straight line and push
thermostatic extension (Shining in the picture) on the
valve stem.

Put on the regulator matching the mark on the
extension body. Here mark (Red) on the adapter
matches with the mark on the thermostatic extension
and mark on the brass body.

See, all marks are aligned in a straight line. Put on the thermostatic plate. Now Put on the Thermostatic dial. Red button should

be aligned with the mark on the thermostatic extension.

THERMOSTATIC VALVE EXTENSION ASSEMBLY

Insert the thermostatic extension screw through the
concentric hole.

Tighten up the screws and put on the handle. Also tighten up the

Screw goes in to the blind hole so you need to use a thin
screwdriver to drive it in.

setscrew for the handle. Assembly is like shown in this figure.

Put on the plate screws on the thermostatic plate.
