INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
FLUSH BOTH SUPPLY LINES BEFORE INSTALLATION
.
AFTER FLUSHING , SHUT OFF BOTH SUPPLY LINES.
MINIMUM HOLE SIZE FOR THE SPOUT AND HANDLE TRIM IS 1 1/4” AND MAXIMUM OF 1 1/2”
SPOUT INSTALLATION

- Put the single hole lavatory faucet (1) aligning its hole on the top of the sink.
Apply a ring of silicon caulking around the hole on the top of the sink. Do not use
plumbers' putty which can damage the finish of the faucet.
-Assemble the handles on the faucet arms. Slide them on the cartridge shank,
till the end. Put on the set screw and tighten it firmly.
Install the aerator washer, aerator and aerator housing on the spout mouth.

2. From the bottom of the deck, put on the rubber washer and metal washer aligning
the three holes in the spout base and groove in the washers.
-Put on the lock shank through the washer open groove to in to the spout base groove.
Tighten the lock nut firmly. Here it is mandatory to make sure that grooves in the washers
are leaving full opening space for the hoses to go into the holes in the spout base.
HOSE TRIM INSTALLATION
- Two inlet and outlet hoses are given to connect the hot and cold water inlets.
- Insert the hoses into the holes in the base of the spout. Apply a little heavy thrust to
insert them in to the cavity, as rubber o-rings make groove a little tighter.
- Screw them on, as threads inside those holes will tighten the hoses and will make the firm grip.
- Connect the other end of the hose to the supply lines of the water to cold and hot water line
respectively.
- Tighten the nuts firmly until it secures the shank body firmly.
