The new insulated lid is a must for the safety conscious restauranteur offering the following advantages:
Reduced the overall temperature range of the •
mix being held in the mix reservoir by up to 4 degrees. This is essential to the successful placement of a Burger King unit.
Prolongs the shelf life of the mix due to lower •
reservoir temperature.
