Personal Lines On Your Phone
Your company has potentially unlimited lines calling out, so there is no reason to worry if you’re going to tie up a line. Your phone has two personal lines.
1. Line 1
2. Line 2
99% of the time, Line 1 on your phone will be where all your calls will ring.
You could then call a second number by pressing Line 2 option on your phone and then press the conference button to have a conference call.
