1 Introduction

The Sandberg Foldable Battery Dock (Referred to as “dock” or “battery”) combines a compact portable battery and an attractive stand for your iPhone or iPod. Charge the battery via a USB connection and then charge your iPhone or iPod by placing it in the dock. If the dock is connected to your computer’s USB port, your computer will automatically sync with the device. Take the dock with you wherever you go as a power backup and use it as a practical and stylish stand on your desk.

3 Charging

3.1 Charging the battery

1. Connect the enclosed USB cable between the mini USB port on the battery and a USB port in a computer, or potentially a USB to AC adapter, such as Sandberg item no. 135-81. If you are charging via an AC adapter, the charge speed is doubled compared to using a computer’s USB port.

2. The battery LEDs switch on and you can then start charging. The charging status can be read in the LEDs as follows:

When batteries are fully charged, all four LEDs will light constantly.

NB: If the battery is switched off, you can read the charging status in the LEDs by pressing the button [1].

3.2 Charge device from the battery without USB connection

Connect your iPhone or iPod to the dock connector. Charging begins and the orange status LED [2] flashes. The battery will now charge your device and will therefore drain itself during the process.

3.3 Charge device with USB connection

If the battery is connected to a USB port and you connect an iPhone or iPod to the dock connector, then that device will be charged first. Charging of the battery will continue once the connected device is fully charged or removed. NB: If the power supply is interrupted, the battery will not automatically begin to charge the connected device. Press the status button to begin charging from the battery.

If you are charging via your computer’s USB port, syncing will start automatically.

1 Introduktion

Sandberg Foldable Battery Dock (Herefter kaldet ”Dock” eller ”batteri”) er en kombination af et kompakt bærbart batteri og en smart holder til din iPhone eller iPod. Batteriet oplades via USB, og kan herefter oplade din telefon eller iPod, når du sætter den i Docken. Er Docken tilsluttet en computers USB port, vil enheden og computeren automatisk synkronisere. Ha’ altid Docken med dig som strøm-backup, og brug den som en praktisk og flot holder på dit arbejdsbord.

3 Opladning

3.1 Opladning af batteriet

1. Tilslut det medfølgende USB kabel imellem batteriets mini USB port og en USB port i en computer, eller evt. en USB til AC adapter, som f.eks. Sandberg varenr. 135-81. Oplades via en AC adapter (1000 mA) fordobles opladningshastigheden i forhold til en computers USB port.

2. Batteriets lamper tændes, hvorefter opladning påbegyndes. Opladningsstatus kan aflæses i lamperne således:

Når batterier er fuldt opladet, lyser alle 4 lamper konstant.

Bemærk: Hvis batteriet er slukket, kan opladningsstatus aflæses i lamperne ved at trykke på knappen [1].

3.2 Oplad enhed fra batteriet uden USB tilslutning

Tilslut din iPhone eller iPod på tilslutningsstikket i dock’en. Opladning påbegyndes, og den orange statuslampe [2] blinker . Batteriet oplader nu din enhed og aflades derfor imens.

3.3 Oplad enhed med USB tilslutning

Hvis batteriet er tilsluttet et USB stik, og du tilslutter en iPhone eller iPod på tilslutningsstikket, er det denne enhed, som får opladningsprioritet. Opladning af batteriet fortsætter, når den tilsluttede enhed er fuldt opladet eller fjernet. Bemærk: Hvis strømkilden afbrydes, vil batteriet ikke automatisk begynde at oplade den tilsluttede enhed. Tryk på statusknappen for at starte opladning fra batteriet.

Oplader du via din computers USB port, vil synkronisering starte automatisk.
