FEATURES

FUZZY CONTROL
Fuzzy control operates with best washing course
by sensing the washload like artificial intelligence.
TRANSPARENT WINDOW
This Transparent Window is the new concept to solve the curiosity
of users to see inside of washing machine while operation. While operation, the laundry progress inside of washing machine can be checked by looking through the transparent window.
PULSATOR
The Pulsator helps water and detergent to go through fabrics efficiently
while providing both the powerful water action to clean larger and heavier clothes and the gentle water action to clean all delicates with less wear and tear on clothes.
WATERFALL FLOW
The Waterfall Flow injected from under the pulsator cascades with full force back into the tub,
pushing down any clothes that float right under the water surface. It is this Waterfall Flow that enables this washing machine to effectively wash large and heavy items, such as bluejeans and blankets.
MAGIC FILTER
This unique magic Filter ensures that all the lint inside the tub is captured for top quality filtering
results to deliver consistently effective cleaning results.
SOFTENER DISPENSER
The Softener Dispenser releases the fabric
softener at the appropriate time when the last rinsing proceeds.

- Press this button to turn the power on/off.
- The power is automatically turned off after washing or if not disturbed for 10 minutes.

- Select this button when you are about to start washing or wish to pause.

- Choose the course according to the types and status of laundry.
- For further details about each course, please refer to pages 11~16.
SPIN BUTTON

- Use this function when you want to spin only or adjust the spinning time. (1~9 min.)
- Select "1 min. Spin" when you want to prevent wrinkles during the spin.
- When you select "Spin" only, there will be a difference between the spinning time and the remaining time. This is because the remaining time includes the draining and holding time as well as the actual spinning time.

- According to the amount of laundry, amount of detergent and water level are automatically indicated in proportion.
- Indicates the water level in 10 grades.

- Use this function when you want to perform soak washing.
- This function will not be selected in the water cleaning course.

- Select this function when you want to wash only or adjust the washing time. (6~30 min.)

- Select this function when you want to rinse only or change the number of times on rinsing. (Max. 5 times)
TIME LEFT/DELAY START/ERROR SIGN
INDICATOR
- Indicates the time left to the end of washing.
- Indicates the lapsed time.
- If anything should go wrong, it indicates error messages in different circumstances, allowing you to rectify the problem.
PROCEDURE INDICATOR
- Indicates the stage of washing.
- The next stage is lightened up when it is done with the current procedure, and the one finished is automatically turned off. It flickers during the procedure.

HOW TO PERFORM THE AUTOMATIC WASHING

1. Put the laundry into the washing machine and press POWER button.
2. Press START/HOLD button.
After spinning its washing board without water, your machine measures the weight of the laundry and indicates adequate amount of water and detergent.
3. Open the lid to add the detergent/rinse in proportion to the water level indicated, and then close the lid.
NOTE
- When you open the lid during operation, the machine will stop for your safety. (Except during water supply.)
- If you chose hot water only, cold water will be supplied for the first 20 seconds to prevent the hot water from damaging the laundry.
- You can adjust washing time, number of rinsing and spinning time at any stage during the operation.

1. Put the laundry in the washing machine and press POWER button.
2. Select HEAVY course by pressing COURSE button.
3. Press START/HOLD button. Add the detergent/rinse in proportion to the water level and then close the lid.

(For big laundry such as quilts or bedcovers)
1. Put the laundry in the washing machine and press POWER button.
As shown in the figure below, fold the laundry of great bulk such as quilts or bedcovers before putting in the washing machine.
Do not wash electric blankets or carpets in your machine.
In cases where you wash the light yet bulky laundry(e.g. cashmere, etc.), it is recommended that you wash in the laundry net that can be purchased separately.
2. Select BLANKET course by pressing COURSE button.
3. Press START/HOLD button. Add the detergent/rinse in proportion to the water level and then close the lid.
NOTE
- The following quilts with hand washing mark are washable in your machine:
- Acryl Blankets (acryl 100%, nylon coating); Mixed Blankets (cotton polyester); Woolen Blankets and Quilt Linings (polyester 100%, below 200(250cm)
- Blankets (5kg or less); Quilt Linings (2kg, 3.5kg in total weight)

(In cases where you want to wash lightly soiled laundry such as towels in a short time)
1. Put the laundry into the washing machine and press POWER button.
2. Select SPEEDY course by pressing COURSE button.
3. Press START/HOLD button. Add the detergent/rinse in proportion to the water level and then close the lid.

(For the laundry with wool washing mark such as sweaters, cardigans or delicate clothes)
1. Put the laundry into the washing machine and press POWER button.
Be sure the weight of the laundry is less than 2kg.
2. Select WOOL course by pressing COURSE button.
In case where you wash the bulky yet light laundry, it is recommended that you adjust water level properly (only over the middle of water level, the water level is indicated).
3. Press START/HOLD button. Add the detergent/rinse in proportion to the water level and then close the lid.
Spin-dry the laundry only for a short period at the end to avoid wrinkles.
Cold water should only be selected.
It is highly recommended that you use neutral detergent.
NOTE
- You can select hot/cold water by pressing WATER SUPPLY button in all courses, except for wool course, where cold water should be selected only.

CLEAN TUB COURSE

3. Press START/HOLD button. Add the detergent/rinse in proportion to the water level and then close the lid.
Soak washing function is adopted.
WATER SUPPLY button only is controllable.
Remove the dirt on the outer wall of the washing tub with a form of powerful stream of water.

(In case you want to perform soak washing for heavily soiled laundry)
1. Put the laundry into the washer and press POWER button.
2. Select a course you want by pressing COURSE button.
Select hot or cold water by pressing WATER SUPPLY button.
3. Press SOAK button.
You can't select SOAK function during the WATER stage.
4. Press START/HOLD button. Add the detergent/rinse in proportion to the water level and then close the lid.
In this course, your machine repeats 1-minute operations and 4-minute pauses (soaking) until the start of washing.
If the detergent is added directly onto the laundry, it may cause discoloration as the delay gets longer.
Press POWER button in order to cancel this function.
The delay could be finished at slightly different time according to the water pressure.

Make sure to leave the taps open.
2. Press DELAY START button.
1) You can select from 3 hours, up to maximum of
19 hours in increment of one hour.

3. Press START/HOLD button.
Add the detergent/rinse in proportion to the water level and then close the lid.
Make sure to add the detergent into the liquid soap device.

ENVIRONMENT Leave some space
Maintain at least 10cm between the washer and the wall.
Place the washer on a sturdy flat surface.
If the washer is placed on an uneven or weak surface, noise or vibration occurs. (Allowable is 1˚)
Adjust the legs for even placement.

LEVELLING

(Type A)
Adjust the height control legs to make eve.

If the washer is not leveled with the ground, it makes the machine tremble more or be out of order. So, make sure that the washer is leveled properly.
The User’s Manual is for common use.
Never install the washer near water.
Do not place the washer in steamy rooms or where the washer is directly exposed to rain.Moisture may destroy the electrical insulation causing an electrical shock hazard.
Avoid direct sunlight or heaters.
As plastic and electrical components are affected by direct heat,never place the washer near furnaces, boilers, etc. Do not place under direct sunlight.
Adjustment of height
If not leveled, adjust the legs to level the washer.
Be careful not to put in your hand under the legs.
(It may cause some injury)

How to level
Level it by adjustable legs.
Adjust the height by using the adjustable rubber or prop at the back.
Adjust the left part by using the adjustable legs at the front and the adjustable rubber at the back.
Pull the handles located at the right and left of the front side and slide off.
Adjust the water drop mark to be in the red circle pulling back
the machine slightly, and then,
push it with a feet to fix.
Fix the handles by hand completely.
The right part is lower
Adjust the right part of the washer by using the adjustable leg at the front and the adjustable rubber at the back.

LEVELLING
(Type B)
SEE IF THE MACHINE IS PLACED LEVEL BY CHECKING THE POSITION OF THE WASHING TUB.
Open the lid of the machine, pour water into the tub up to the level just below the pulsator, and adjust the legs so that the pulsator is positioned at the center of the water as shown in the figure.
Place the machine more than
10cm away from the wall.
Adjust the legs on feet for levelling .

CONNECTING THE WATER SUPPLY HOSE

1.Remove the adaptor from the water supply hose.
1. Adjust the side horizontally first and the front in same direction ❷ next.
2. If the thread is not
within the limit, adjust the height of the legs.
5. Connect the other end of the water supply hose to the inlet water valve at the back of the washer. Screw the hose clockwise all the way in.
2.First,using a "+" type screw driver, loosen the four screws on the adaptor. Next,take the adaptor and turn part(b) following the arrow for gap about 5mm between them.
3. Connect adaptor to the
water tap by tightening the screws firmly.
Then, turn part (b)
following the arrow and put (a) and (b)together.
4.Connect the water supply
hose to the adaptor. Pull down the part (c) of the water supply hose .When the part (c)is released, the hose is automatically connected to the adaptor making a 'click' sound.
5-1.Connect the other end of the water
supply hose to the inlet water valve at the top of the washer. Screw the hose clockwise all the way in.
If the water tap is a screw type,assemble
a water supply hose that fits to the tap as shown.
NOTICE After completing connection, if water leaks from the hose, then repeat the same steps. Use the most conventional type of faucet for water supply. In case the faucet is square or too big,remove the spacing ring before inserting the faucet into the adaptor.

ASSEMBLING THE RAT PROTECTION PANEL

Tilt the washer a little and lift up the panel until it clicks, finally fix the panel with screw to the base as shown in the figure.

IN CASE OF PUMP-DRAINED WASHER

Take out the cap-hose and connect the outlet-hose.
Be sure to join tightly the drain hose into the drain-outlet on the back of the machine.
1.Insert the sound absorbing panel to the assembling hole on front side to the end.
2.If you have difficulty inserting the panel lift up the washer a little and insert it

(a) After pressing the joint ring(a), insert the drain hose(b) to drain direction.

HOW TO ADD THE FABRIC SOFTENER

When a proper amount (one time does) of fabric softener is stored in the softener inlet,it is automatically put in at the last rinsing cycle.
Do not use detergent, bleach or starch into
the Softener Inlet.
Using too much softener may produce unsatisfactory results.
Do not open the lid during the Spin Dry cycle.
If added too early, its effectiveness will decrease.
Do not leave the softener
into the Softener Dispenser for a long time. Because softner became stiff.

HOW TO PUT THE DETERGENT IN

1.Open the detergent box by pulling in the direction of the arrow as shown in the
figure and then put the powder detergent in the detergent box.
2. Put in one-time amount of detergent evenly so the detergent may not brim over the box.

WATER SUPPLY CONNECTOR FILTER

Pull out the filter and wash well.

Check if there is a leakage. Note to tighten up the connector.

CLEANING THE FILTER NET

1. Push the upper part of the filter and pull in.

Clean the filter net often to keep the washer clean.

1. Place a rag under the washer filter not to wet the floor.

TROUBLESHOOTING

WASHING MACHINE WON'T WORK

Is the water tap opened? Is the washer plugged in? Is the power cut off? Is there enough water?

WATER IS NOT SUPPLIED

Is the water tap opened? Is the water cut off? Is the water supply hose or hose connection clogged? Is the water tap frozen?
If water is not supplied in 1 hour,a buzzer will sound, and the remaining time indicator will show "4E".

WATER DOSE NOT DRAIN

Is the drain hose down?(No pump) Is the drain hose frozen? Is the drain hose clogged?
If the water dose not drain in 15 minutes, a buzzer will sound, and the remaining time indicator will show "5E".

CHECK YOUR VOLTAGE

Call to service center or agency.

SPINNING DOES NOT WORK

Is the laundry spread out evenly in the washer? Is the washer set on a sturdy flat surface?
