■ Symptom : Pouch(Foil) Damage

Cause & Problem

- The pouch of Battery may get damaged by burr of shield ca n on PBA
during disassembli ng or assem bling the PBA.

Countermeasure

- If there is no green tape on the left side of battery, attach the new tape for every disassembly (plus 1 SVC).

- Attach the protection tape on left side of the new battery in case of replacement the new battery.

■ Symptom : Deformed Battery

Cause & Problem

- Deformed Battery may cause low performance such as short battery life or high temperature.

Countermeasure

- Replace the old battery to the NEW one in case of detaching the old ba tte ry.
(i.e. Broken Bracket, Defective Battery)

- Check the battery status(Usage cycle and ASOC) with SW Capture tool before replacement.
Do the visual inspection and replace the battery in case of any damage or deform.
