Enrolling Leviton Devices

Installing your Leviton Devices

Locate and follow the Decora Smart Z-Wave installation
instructions included with your dimmer and switch to safely
install your devices. Consult an electrician if you are unsure
about the installation procedure.

select the “+” in the upper
right hand corner of the app

2. Choose “Add a Thing” which
appears at the bottom of
the screen

3. Choose “Lights & Switches”

4. Choose “Switches and
Dimmers”

5. Select “Leviton”

6. Select “DZ6HD” or “DZ15S”
and follow the on screen
instructions to enroll the
device
