SCD-2010F Series Quick Install Guide

PREFACE

SCD-2010F Series is designed for installing on a ceiling.

PRE-INSTALLING THE CAMERA BEFORE MOUNTING A CEILING

• To facilitate the installation work, arrange the BNC-POWER cable through the wiring hole.

INSTALLING THE CAMERA

1.Remove the shield case from the body.

2.Install the camera in a desired position and use the screwdriver to tighten up the screws.

3.When done, insert the shield case back into the body.

·The recommended screws are 4mm Tapping screws.

·The screws should not be larger than 4mm.

·When fastening the two screws, be careful not to damage the dome components.

·Arrange the cables properly lest that they be stuck between or peeled off. Otherwise, it may cause damage to the camera or a fire.

CLOSING THE SHIELD CASE

Determine a desired monitoring area and close the shield case.

Then, tighten up the screw as shown to fix the case.

PANNING & TILTING CONTROL

You can adjust the Panning and Tilting angle freely. (Panning angle: ±10º, Tilting angle: 0º~90º)

Tilt Base You can adjust up and down the camera (0º~90º).

Pan Base

You can rotate the lens from ±10º

1.Adjustment Panning angle: After attaching the dome camera to a ceiling, adjust the panning angle for better monitoring area by rotating the Pan Base. The panning angle can be adjusted ±10º freely.

2.Adjustment Tilting angle: After attaching the dome camera to a ceiling, adjust the tilting angle for better monitoring area by rotating the Tilt Base. The tilting angle can be adjusted to 0º from 90º freely. (based the ceiling surface)
