IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be fol-lowed, including the following :

WARNING

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury:

1.Do not leave appliance when plugged in. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before servicing.

2.Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.

3.Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children.

4.Use only as described in this manual. Use only manufacturer’s recommended attachments.

5.Do not use with damaged cord or plug. If appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, take it to a service center.

6.Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle, close a door on cord, or pull cord around sharp edges or corners. Do not run appliance over cord. Keep cord away from heated surfaces.

7.Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.

8.Do not handle plug or appliance with wet hands.

9.Do not put any object into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked: keep free of dust, lint, hair and anything that may reduce air flow.

10.Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all other parts of the body away from openings and moving parts.

11.Do not vacuum anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes.

12.Do not use without dust bag and filters in place.

13.Turn off all controls before unplugging.

14.Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.

15.Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids such as gasoline or use in areas where they may be present.

16.Store your vacuum cleaner indoors in a cool, dry area.

17.Do not use extension cords or an outlet with inadequate current carrying capacity.

18.Hold plug when rewinding onto cord reel. Do not allow plug to whip when rewinding.

19.Unplug electrical appliances before vacuuming them.

20.The hose contains electrical wires. Do not use if damaged, cut, or punctured. Avoid picking up sharp objects.

21.Always turn off this appliance before connecting or disconnecting either hose, wand or motorized nozzle.

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS

To reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other).

This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electri-cian to install the proper outlet. Do not change the plug in any way.

To reduce suction for cleaning draperies, small rugs, and other light fabrics, pull the tap air until the hole is open.

3DUST FULL INDICATOR

If the "Filter Check" indicator turns to red color while you are cleaning, the dust bag requires replacement

NOTE : If the "Filter Check" indicator continues to display red color even after having changed bag into new one, turn the cleaner off and check if there is any clogging in the hose,tube,floor nozzle,or on the inlet/outlet filter.
