Micro Plasma discharger generates Hydrogen and Oxygen ion(O

- Ceramic electrode (+ electrode): Micro plasma discharger splits water molecules in the air
and forms positively charged Hydrogen ion (H

).
- Pin electrode (- electrode): High-voltage electric discharger emits electrons which react with
