PARTS DESCRIPTION
Product features
Mechanical control:the built-in temperature sensor controls the inside temperature more precisely. Fi-free environmental protection: this appliance is the green product.
Reliable performance: seamless high efficient compactor of famous brand is used in this product with excellent performance and high reliability.
Reasonable structure:the layout of reefer up and freezer down can reduce the cooling energy and power loss. The frequently used upper reefer can facilitate the access. The reefer shelf is position adjustable with the volume.
Odour reservation: the freezer is drawer-structured to ease food storage and protect from odour mixing. Flat back:the built-in condenser is easy to clean.

TROUBLE SHOOTING 
The front frame and side plate get hot
- The de-dew pipe is built in the frame to avoid dews condensing on the frame. It will get hot when the appliance is running.
- The cooling assembly(condensor) is installed on both sides of the frame.
Ice cracks are heard
- It is not a fault. When the appliance is initiated or closed, poop will be heard due to sharp change of temperature which cause uneven heat imposed on the interior parts
Frost or ice is found on the back
- The cooling pipes in the back will be under 0
when the appliance
is running. Frost or ice will be found on the back due to dense moisture. - When the appliance is off, the frost will disappear automatically.
-Suggest to clean the appliance once per month.
-Foods and food container shall not lean closely against the back.
Streaming is heard
- It is not a fault. The sound is heard when the refrigerant flows.
Dews are condensed on the mid-ridge and the frame
- When the environmental humidity exceeds standard.
- Please wipe with the soft cloth.
Dews condensed in the vegetable compartment.
- When the door is left open for long time or - The fluid food are not properly sealed.

service center with the WARRANTY CERTIFICATE or contact Sumsung Technical Help Center.
