[Caution] Attention to red sentence.
Part Picture Description
1. Make sure to separate the AC adapter and battery before
disassembling the system.
2. Slide the knob all the way to the end in the direction of

the arrows (1) and push the battery in the direction of the
arrows (2).
3. If you push the battery upwards, the battery is separated.

4. emove the screws from the bottom.

Red ( ): M2.6 X L8, Black (20EA)
Yellow ( ): M2 X L4, Black (6EA)
5. Remove DOOR-HDD and DOOR-MEMORY.

6. HDD is under the DOOR-HDD.
Seizing INSULATOR, lift up HDD by 70°.
[Caution]
Do not give too strong force when lifting up HDD.
Disassemble HDD before upside-downing System.
7. Separate the ODD like picture.

8. Remove KBD and BOTTOM fastening Screw.
Remove ODD and BOTTOM fastening Screw.

9. By tweezers push Hook to outer side then lift up

Be careful not to make a Scratch on Housing-Top.

16. Remove two screws fastening HINGE and TOP.

18. Remove MODEM CONN. and disassemble MODEM

19. Disconnect MAIN BOARD and SUB PBA CONN.,
remove SUB PBA assembling screw, and disconnect
SUB PBA from BTM.

20. Remove the BTM and MAIN BOARD assembling
screws.

21. Disconnect MAIN BOARD from BTM.

22. Remove MDC assembling screw, disconnect CONN.,
and lift up MDC PBA.

23. Remove RHE assembling screws (2EA) on MAIN
BOARD. Remove screws (4EA) which connect RHE
and CPU, and remove screws (2EA) which connect
RHE and MEH. Remove RHE FAN CABLE from MAIN
BOARD.

24. Remove RHE module.
25. Turn the CPU socket Screw by Counter clock wise 180
deg.

27. Take off Rubber-LCD_Caps and remove screws (6EA).

[Caution]
Be careful not to make scratch.
28. Put nails to the GAP between LCD-Front and
LCD-Panel.
Lift up LCD-Front upper, lower, left and right side.
