Lock external keys and touch screen
You can lock the external keys and the touch screen
to prevent any unwanted device operations from
accidentally pressing any of the keys and the screen.

Troubleshooting
If you have trouble with your device, try these procedures
before you contact a service professional.
When you turn on your device, the following
messages may appear:
