1. Phenomenon

At the set up mode, even if you select the file name with " series " the camera sometimes resets
itself to " reset " mode.
Or even if it stays in the " series" mode, the camera does not follow the series file naming and the
file number will go back to S350001.

2. Countermeasure

When you receive the defective cameras, you can solve this problem as below.

1st method : (In case the customers want to treat this problem easily)

After creating the new folder, please save the images to it.

2nd method : In order to solve this problem, we can supply the new version Micom IC or Main

board ass'y.
Please check the version as below figures. This problem occurs at MP 7 version
only.

3rd method : If you want to return the cameras to repair to our factory, please contact us.
