Solution :

How to service the defrost and temperature defects

Very limited quantity of above mention model has defects in temperature fuse and
defrost function. The Temperature Fuse is sometimes hanging down onto lower part of
Fuse Holder about 20 - 30 m/m and it causes disconnection of Temperature Fuse
by heat generation during defrost.

Assuming that sagging temperature fuse might cuased outside impacts during
transportation of the units.

Service as follow:

1. Disassemble the COVER - EVAP FRONT & REAR to check to see if Temperature
Fuse is sagged or disconnected.

2. Lift the LEAD WIRE onto temperature fuse holder or replace
the Temperature Fuse if it is disconnected.

3. When adjusting or replacing the LEAD WIRE, refer to attached data, as indicated
as picture 'A" use CABLE TIE to adjust on EVAPORATOR.

4. Assemble a unit after checking the Temperature Fuse and complete with the
SERVICE by putting back on the COVER-EVAP REAR & FRONT.
