Stationary Gravity Meter for discharge control Specifications Sheet
Stationary Gravity Meter for discharge control skid is designed for on ground installation with gravity delivery system, namely for gravitational fall of the product from transported tank to storage tank. The skid is equipped with a gravity meter associated an Electronic Register TE550 with operator interface. The system is made of materials that make it suited for outdoor installation. It is designed to ensure top performance and guarantee the safety of people, product and environment, analyzing all critical aspects, foreseen and foreseeable, for its entire life cycle, from installation to disposal.

On the skid is installed a compressed air reservoir (capacity 15 lt.), charged to 10 bar (145 PSI). The reservoir has the purpose to supply compressed air to the pneumatic actuator of the flow control valve.
Minimum operating pressure of the control valve is 2,5 bar (38 PSI). The compressing air cylinder has arrange of about 300 cycles (cycle: open/close low flow/close).
