• Designed for 18”x26” bun pans. • Interlocking extruded side panels
with guides spaced on 1½” centers
• All welded aluminum construction. with ½” ledges.
• ⅛” thick channel uprites. • ½” Dia. Horizontal tie rod
in the front for extra rigidity.
• 0.080” thick back, 0.070” thick top
& approx. ⅛” thick formed door. • Pans are lip loaded.
• 14 ga. s/s gravity latch. • 5” Polyurethane casters,
2 with brakes.
• Reinforced deck.
• Door hold open slide catch.
• 3 Sets of hinges (270º door swing).
