After having inspected all bolt connections and pins for clearance, assess whether the machine is in proper operating condition. If after having replaced some worn parts, the machine can be operated further, replace all remaining damaged parts with new ones. Also replace fasteners (bolts, nuts, cotters, etc.) with new ones.
If the machine cannot be repaired any more, it should be withdrawn from use. To do so, drain oil from hydraulic hoses (to special tight tanks) and deliver it to a proper waste treatment company. Clean the machine parts, dismantle and properly dispose of all plastic parts. Deliver it to a proper waste treatment company for reuse. Remaining metal parts should be delivered to a breaker's yard. After that, the machine can be scrapped.
When dismounting the aggregate and during disconnection of assemblies and parts in particular, follow all safety precautions. Perform dismounting works wearing protective gloves. Withdrawal of dismounted parts should conform with valid environment protection provisions.
