IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using an electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should
always be followed,including the following: Read all instructions before using the Walkmill.™
DANGER - To reduce the risk of electric shock:
1. Always unplug this appliance from the electrical outlet immediately after using and before cleaning.
WARNING -To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock or injury
to persons:
1. An appliance should never be left unattended when plugged in. Unplug from outlet when not in use, and before putting on or taking off parts.
2. Do not operate under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur and cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
3. Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, on, or near children, invalids, or disabled persons.
4. Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
5. Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug,if it is not working properly,if it has been dropped or damaged, or dropped into water. Return the appliance to a service center for examination and repair.
6. Do not carry this appliance by its supply cord or use the cord as a handle.
7. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
8. Never operate the appliance with the air openings blocked. Keep the air openings free of lint, hair and the like.
9. Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
10. Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
11.To disconnect, turn all controls to the OFF position, then remove plug from outlet.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
1. Set up the Walkmill on a flat, level surface and clear the area around it, so you can get on and off freely and safely.
2. Always lock all 4 Wheels into place prior to operation.
3. Keeps pets a safe distance from the Walkmill.
4. Make sure that the Walkmill has come to a complete STOP and has been turned OFF before getting on or off.
5. This product is to be used by only one person at a time.
6. Parental supervision is advised if the device is used by children. The Walkmill is not recommended for children under 10 years of age.
7. Always wear athletic shoes and proper clothing when on the Walkmill.
8. Use care and firmly hold the Hand Grips while exercising.
The Walkmill is not intended for running.
9. Consult your physician before beginning this or any exercise program.
10. Do not put more than 300 lbs. of pressure on the Walkmill.
11. Read this entire manual before using the Walkmill.
12. NOTE: This product must be grounded. No plug adapter
should be used. Improper connection of the equipment - grounding conductor can result in a risk of electrical shock.
GROUNDED 3-CONDUCTOR PLUG
This appliance is equipped with a grounded-type 3-wire cord (3-prong plug).This plug will only fit into an electrical outlet made for a 3-prong plug. This is a safety feature. If the plug should fail to fit the outlet, contact an electrician to replace the obsolete outlet. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.

GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
This product must be grounded.If it should malfunction or break down, grounding provides a path of least resistance for the current, and will reduce the risk of electrical shock.The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
DANGER! Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether the product is properly grounded.Do not modify the Plug provided with the product if it will not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.
This product is for use on a normal 120-volt circuit and has a grounding plug that looks like the plug illustrated in the Figure A. However,a temporary adapter that looks like the adapter illustrated in Figures B and C may be used to connect this plug to a 2-pole receptacle as shown in Figure B if a properly grounded outlet is not available.The temporary adapter should be used only until a properly grounded outlet (Figure A) can be installed by a qualified electrician.The green colored rigid ear, lug or the like extending from the adapter must be connected to a permanent ground such as a properly grounded outlet box cover. Whenever the adapter is used, it must be held in place by a metal screw.

ASSEMBLY
1. Carefully remove Walkmill and all parts from carton.
2. Insert Right Handrail into the Handrail Supporter in the Frame Base. Using the Allen Wrench, secure the Right Handrail to the unit using the 5/16" x 1-1/2" Round Bolt and Circle Washer, and 5/16x 3/4" Round Bolt.The Circle Washer should be used with the 5/16" x 1-1/2Round Bolt. (See Figures 2 and 3.)
NOTE: Do not fully tighten Bolts at this time. NOTE: Be sure not to pinch the wire connecting the
Handrail to the Unit.
