Light and rigid construction due to the compact and strong
structural design of the unit. Slim unit design also fullls the
stringent space requirement of today’s building design. High Air Volume FCU with the height of only 430mm is most suitable for
applications that demand for high air ow but with space saving
in mind.
High quality copper pipes with slit prole aluminum ns are being transformed into high efciency heat exchanger through advance
design, manufacturing equipment and processes.
Through stringent static and dynamic balancing tests of motors, coupled with high quality thermal and acoustic insulation in the unit, superb low noise performance is achieved.
Standard fan coil units come with low ESP (0Pa) and high ESP (30Pa and 60Pa) options to suit different applications. In addition, 80Pa fan coil units are available as non-standard options. High Air Volume FCU comes with Standard ESP and High ESP options to add to the product line up.
Unique design of the fan coil units allow easy on-site modications of water pipes conguration (left or right). Accessories are also
available to ensure trouble-free installation.
The fan coil units are equipped with high quality electrical motor with low noise bearing that do not require lubrication and thus minimum maintenance effort required. Blowers and also motors can be dismantled individually if cleaning of heat exchanger is
needed. High efciency lter provides better ltration than normal lter with longer operational life and easy to clean.
One piece molded drain pan with integral thermal insulation and professional welding skill enable all condensate water to be collected and prevent condensation at the outside of the drain pan. Heat exchanger with 2MPa operating pressure design will withstand all operation condition to provide leak-free fan coil units.
All fan coil units are manufactured in a ISO9001:2000 and
ISO14000:2004 certied manufacturing facility whereby highest
products’ quality is always the top priority. The products’ high quality standard has been recognized through successfully
obtaining the CE marking certication which in turn comply with
the stringent EU requirements.

Selection Procedures
To rate the performance of the fan coil units at different conditions, the System Performance Chart – Cooling (Page 24 - 62) and System Performance Chart – Heating (Page 63 - 77) provided
in the following pages should be referred to. The rst selection should be done based on nominal air ow at standard water temperature and to apply correction factors subsequently for ne
tuning to site conditions. Selection method is shown as per following: Cooling Cycle - Step 1
Based on application needs, decide type of fan coil unit.
Cooling Cycle - Step 2
Select size of unit based on cooling capacity at nominal air ow.
Cooling Cycle - Step 3
From the System Performance Chart - Cooling provided, read the total capacity and sensible capacity based on the following design parameters:
a) Water temperature rise b) Entering water temperature c) Return air dry bulb temperature d) Return air wet bulb temperature
