To securely install a plastic bag inside the waste receptacle, please read and follow these instructions carefully.

1. Bring the top of a new
plastic trash bag up through
the center of the steel ring.
NOTE: To remove the bag, grasp the ring through the plastic and pull
one side up. Slide the ring out and set aside. Remove the full bag, close
securely and dispose of properly.
2. Fold approximately 3 - 4
inches of the top of the plastic
bag down over the steel ring.
3. Tilt the steel ring down into
the waste receptacle until one
side rests on a ring stop.
4. Keeping the bag folded over
the ring, carefully press the ring
down into the receptacle until
you feel it snap securely onto
each ring stop. Place the cover
on top of the container.
