Locate the A Left Side Panel and the B Right Side Panel, and
1
lay them down on a smooth, clean surface with the holes facing up. Insert three C Screw Posts into the holes at the back edge of both Side Panels. Insert two Screw Posts into the holes near the upper end of each Side Panel as shown. Insert D Locking Cams into the LARGE holes of the Side Panels with the arrows pointing toward the nearest TOP or BOTTOM edge. Using three E Small Screws, attach the F Left Cabinet Rail to the A Left Side Panel, just below the upper Locking Cams and with the roller end closest to the front. Make sure the front screw uses the hole nearest the roller. Repeat with the G Right Cabinet Rail on the B Right Side Panel.

large holes facing up, and the J Bottom Panel with the side that has only four holes facing up.
Insert D Locking Cams into the large holes in the back panel and Half-Shelf with the arrows pointing toward the nearest SIDE edge. Insert four C Screw Posts into the Bottom Panel.
Raise the B Right Side Panel so it is perpendicular

to the work surface with the roller of the Cabinet Rail up. Align the three Screw Posts along the back edge of the Side Panel with the corresponding holes on the right edge of the I Back Panel. With the arrows on the Locking Cams pointing toward the Screw Posts, insert the Screw Posts and fasten by turning each of the engaged cams CLOCKWISE as far as they can turn.
IMPORTANT: to prevent possible damage during assembly, a second person should help keep the panel supported in its upright position.

Carefully lay the unit on its left side. Using a soft hammer or
7
mallet, tap the N Hinges into the recesses on the O Left Door Panel. Use the pre-installed screws to fasten the P Hinge Mount Plates into the pre-drilled holes on the Left Panel. If the Hinge and Mount came in separate pieces, bend the arms of the Hinges and insert the slots of the arms over the Hinge Mount Plate set screws. Adjust door position and tighten the set screws. Turn the unit onto its right side, and repeat with the Q Right Door Panel. Attach the JJ Door Plate to the left door with one E Flat-Head Screw. Part of the Door Plate will extend beyond the edge of the door.

Carefully stand the unit upright. Insert keyhole side of
8
the R Lock Assembly (with keys removed), into the large hole in the Q Right Door Panel from the interior (hinge side). Fasten the lock assembly to the door using two E Small Screws.
Fasten the S Lock Plate to the underside of the HalfShelf using two E Small Screws.
Insert the four T Shelf Pegs into the desired set of holes (all on the same level) in the center of each Side Panel. Slide the U Adjustable Shelf into position, with the finished edge toward the door opening.
If necessary, center the Door Panels by adjusting the set screws on the Door Hinges as needed.
Prevent the assembled unit from rolling by activating the brakes on the Swivel Casters with Brakes.
